Me and my wife went to the dealer to trade in a 2016 hrv and get a 2018 crv, and we did just that within a matter of an hour or so we were on our way home with the car we wanted, and very happy, everyone at the dealership were very helpful polite and positive minded! Would definitely go back for another Honda for sure!
I appreciate the personal attention provided by the service staff and keeping me informed of what was done and what needs to be done. I also appreciate that my car was serviced immediately upon my arrival.

Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kempthorn in Canton Ohio and I have always purchased the service package with my new vehicles. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to make a scheduled appointment to have the regular service performed. 2 weeks out for a regular service is absolutely absurd! And that is not a morning appointment I requested. I am only told that there is "Nothing available". My previous vehicles with a different brand and dealer have always been able to get me in with out an appointment with their "Quick Lane". Its a shame (or sham) I cannot get my recommended service done at a dealer that has a quick lane but all appointments are blocked out! Looks like I will have to make a change again away from VW. The only reason for the 3 stars would be for the sales. My salesman took the time with each of my purchases and when I picked up my cars, we went through a very in depth review of the vehicle. Too bad I cannot get it serviced

Everyone we worked with during the process was very accommodating and friendly. Negotiating the trade and new car price was fair and we worked together to come up with the best deal. I did not feel like anyone was trying to "beat" me or "win" like you experience at many car dealers. Thanks.
Went to look at a car for my 17 year old. We took our time driving around the area to make sure it did not overheat or start to smell. The car ran great . The battery was low and they got us a brand new battery. Everything worked as expected on the vehicle. It is a great first car for a teenager and at below $2000 it was a good deal for me too.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff's. The experience was the best one I have ever had at a dealership. They were not pushy and I felt very comfortable. I will definately be buying all my vehicles to Jeff's and would highly recommend. Neko and Howard were wonderful! I could not have been mire pleased with the service I received!
Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.

Brought my Honda Pilot in for scheduled oil change and filter. Having purchased this vechicle as a lease buy out I had a few questions. . Service Advisor Trevor Sunderland was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very polite and business like and answered all my questions. He also was very helpful in recommending other services such as replacing the transmission fluid and servicing the VTM. The vehicle was ready on time and he even had it washed for me. Tracy Snyder , I came in to buy a new vehicle that had all wheel drive and Brian was very warm and welcoming and made me feel eaze because he knew what I wanted and knew all about the hrv he worked with us and took us on a test drive and showed us all the features of the car because of his knowledge i was very comfortable with the whole process he really listened to our needs and delivered the best customer service I would highly recommend all my friends and family to go see Brian for all their car purchases.
