This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
I walked in and needed a new vehicle right away. With their awesome selection I had no problem finding a vehicle to suit my needs. The staff catered to my needs and in no time at all I drove away happy in my newly purchased vehicle.

This car really impressed me with its power and fuel economy. The paddle shift is fun to use and the leather interior is top of the line. Very nice car for the money.
I have owned three Hondas before I came to Sullivan and the dealers were a mixed bag. I am happy to say that Jessie was a real gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
Thanks to the friendly Hoffman team, and specifically, Loai As'ad and David Ezedine--thanks for your patience and humor, despite my waffling! Your tenacity paid off.

So far it’s a wonderful car. I replaced a 2004 CRV that I had purchased new. If this car performs as well as the CRV - I’ll be delighted. I had a Honda for 14 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.
Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.

Honda Accord very clean has power everything , seats, sunroofs, windows its fully loaded there's not a single problem with it it runs and drives amazing one owner family vehicle everything works as it should

This car met all of my needs in the areas of comfort and safety. The back up camera is better than most (very large clear screen), a USB port in the console, CD player, daytime running lights/fog lights. It's sporty and has dual exhaust that make it a peppy 4 cylinder when needed.
I recently leased a new car with salesman Dave Bonomo - our 2nd purchase from Dave within a 5 year period. I would describe the service we received at Watertown Honda as "friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and professional". Dave is great to work with and he, along with Jason Gunn and Paul Marino, provided us with another overall positive experience.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.

Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. Our Honda Accord has been the perfect fit for our work and family needs! Very reliable, great gas mileage and the car just looks good inside and out!
Shortly after entering the building we were graciously greeted by Anita. It was a cold Friday and we were offered snacks and hot beverage. Our questions were answered. At no time did I felt pressured to buy any vehicle. We requested to drive multiple cars and I didn't felt like I was testing their patience by the various requests. The rest of the rest were respectful but Anita stood out, she is the epitome of what it mean to be a great customer care respresentatives
The lot at Carite has a vast selection. I came there with a one track mind and was only going to purchase a Rav4 but ended up with a Nissan instead. So much to choose from, the cars appears clean and well taken care of.
I would not hesitate to shop here again.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.

Just very good dependable transportation that just needs gas and an occasional oil change.Sometimes I wish I had an Accura , but the old Honda Accord does everything you want an automobile to do without nickel dime you to death. ,Very dependable car that still drives and looks new just like the day we bought it!
Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. If you can not work out a deal with these guys, then you aren't really trying. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
