First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. I just bought my second car at Sport Honda and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. This time, I worked first with the GM, Robert Fogarty, and the salesman, Dawit Hagos. Both were great to work with. Dawit deserves a call out for a no-pressure sales approach. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. He guided me through the process of the test drive, ordering the soon-to-be-built car I wanted, getting me up to speed on the car once it arrived, and helping me when I couldn't figure out a setup step after purchase. For service on my previous car, I used the Downtown Silver Spring location (walkable for me) and was pleased with them too. Sport is a great place for sales and service.

Start to finish it was a positive experience. My Salesperson Manni Rodriguez was informative and not pushy. He allowed me to test drive the car without probing me with 100 questions. Afterward, he gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision but was ready to answer all my questions when I was ready. If he didn't have the answer he let me know he would look into it and followed up right away. He didn't do the typical song and dance all car salespeople are known to do. He asked about financing and offered to let me speak with their financing specialist, when I declined he didn't push the subject except to let me know it's available if I wanted a second opinion. When it was time to pay for the car, Gao Huang (Peter) had everything ready to go and went thru the paperwork. He asked about my rate and said he could beat it. I thought I had a pretty good rate from my bank so I didn't think he would, but sure enough, he did. so I went with them. Again Peter was very informative and answered my questions. All in all, I thought I would be there all day but I was in and out in about an hour. Not bad for a car purchase. If you are in the market go to Darcars Volvo and ask to speak with Manni Rodriguez

They are professional and caring. I needed a new battery and they installed it quickly. I was particularly impressed when I drove away and found the windows on the passenger side would not respond to my driver controls. I called them back. My service consultant, Trish, walked me through the way to reboot the control so it worked again. I did not have to return to the shop. She was super helpful throughout the whole process.

Ion know wat the bad reviews are abt. I just purchased a 2020 malibu RS from them. The experience was pleasant some laughs and good customer service! Car was up to par and didn't see or hear anything out of tune to normal driving conditions. The selling point tho was the warranty! Low miles on car please that great warranty! Read the reviews but go in for yourself! Stop thinking others bad juju is your problem too. Just be smart when buying. I had a good one I recommend them to everyone. My salesman name was David

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
