2020 Honda Civic review
Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Mcgrath Evanston Subaru review
McGrath Subaru is the best .. From the moment I spoke to a gentleman called Jeff Goldman until the day I walked in and bought my first Subaru I was overwhelmed with the professional and welcoming staff. Everything went smoothly and no pressure from anyone for any reason. I can't Thank Jeff for all his help and then Jeanette also. Both were amazing people and such a pleasure to deal with ..would recommend this dealership time and time again !!

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

Negotiated a price, set appointment to come back next night buy. The next day a little research on my negotiated price, discovered Costco auto buying program, started the Costco process about 3p, walked in at 5p to purchase, they honored the Costco price with no haggling and dropped price $2,700.00

Grateful to Jared for answering all my questions, I asked a lot. I hate having to do maintenance because i never know what i actually need and if they are trying to upsell me but he helped explain it so i could prioritize what i could afford and a what order i should take care of things in the future so i dont get overwhelmed all at once.

Sheehy HondaReviews
Sheehy Honda review
Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

Zhiwei was wonderful to work with, he went above and beyond after I went to several other dealerships. The experience of buying a car can be daunting but it felt like he truly cared.

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

Four Stars FordReviews
Four Stars Ford review
Working with Shelby and the the Four Stars Ford Sales team was an absolute delight. I literally bought my car from home, sitting in my recliner, while watching a Bowl Game, 300 miles away. They we very responsive and answered every question or concern. To top it off, they offered free delivery and my car was delivered to my driveway two days later. After a dozen final signatures, the nice porters were off and we were enjoying our new car. In this age of online listings, it’s a real treat and pleasure to work with a Ford Dealer from a small town where you aren’t just a number like the big city dealers. Next time you are in the car market…definitely contact Four Stars Ford. You’ll be SO GLAD you did!

AutoNation USA SanfordReviews
AutoNation USA Sanford review
????? **Great Experience Working with Jeff Harr!** I had a great experience working with Jeff Harr at AutoNation USA Sanford while helping shop for a Lexus RC 350. Jeff was professional, friendly, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We spent quite a bit of time going over pricing and financing options, and he was always willing to answer questions, explore different possibilities, and work toward a deal that made sense. What I appreciated most was his willingness to stay in touch, follow up, and genuinely try to earn our business without being pushy. Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful experience, but Jeff made the process much more enjoyable. Even when there were a few numbers to work through, he remained courteous, responsive, and willing to help. **I'd absolutely recommend asking for Jeff Harr if you're shopping at AutoNation USA Sanford.** He's a good guy who genuinely puts effort into taking care of his customers. Thanks again, Jeff! ?

Karisa at Ed Martin Nissan in Indianapolis was absolutely outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very thorough throughout the whole purchase process. Her follow up afterwards was much appreciated. The entire Ed Martin group was fantastic. From the moment I walked in til the day I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Thank you to everyone at Ed Martin Nissan. This was hands down the best car buying experience!!!
