I went to Performance Honda for an oil change. My advisor Paul, kept me informed regarding the progress of my service, and also informed me that I had an outstanding recall, which was done during my visit. Paul was very polite, and patient. He represents the true meaning of the words “Customer Service”. Way to go Paul!!!

Performance Kings HondaReviews
Performance Kings Honda review
This review isn't great. I had gone in to have my oil changed, the windshield wipers replaced and the window seal on the passenger side. I arrived at about three o'clock, I left around seven. I was the last person to be seen. The person that I saw first and gave the information to did not put anything about the passenger side window seal. And that was one of the main things I wanted done. It was not even put on the report, we talked about it twice. When i was finally informed that my car was ready. The gentleman told me that the window seal wasn't on the report. So of course it wasn't done, and now it was too late to do it. I was very unhappy. So now I have to go back just to have them look at that window seal. I have never been unhappy with their service, but this made me plenty unhappy.

Honda East review
Bob and Seth at Honda East were both excellent and guided us through the buying process with ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had one small issue that I realized after I got home, and even though the sale was complete, they still followed up with me right away and guided me through the process. When I eventually buy another car, I will go back to them.

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

Unlimited MotorsReviews
Unlimited Motors review
Toby made the experience perfect! My husband and I watched the market for months before finding our ideal vehicle at Unlimited Motors. We had quite the commute and a busy home schedule that interfered with our availability to even get to the lot for a test drive. Toby was extremely accommodating in not only working out every detail in the agreement to fit our family's needs, but also in working around our schedules as much as possible to ensure we didn't lose out on the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. We have worked with many large dealerships all around Indiana but the experience at Unlimited was by far the most comfortable and trusting experience we have had so far. I highly recommend reaching out to Toby if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Performance Honda review
We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Abby was great. She clearly explained everything that was done. She also approved doing the 1 year/10k service since my mileage was so low (5k) at 10 months so I don’t have to make another trip for service in 2 months.

GTX Auto Group INCReviews
GTX Auto Group INC review
this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.
