McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Ide Honda review
This is my 5th car for IDE and my 5th from Jennifer Flammia. Best sales person EVER!! IDE is clean and comfortable and a no pressure environment. Jen is fast and reliable and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. This has been an excellent car buying experience. David Schleyer
2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)

Serra Honda GrandvilleReviews
Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!

Excellent service and professionalism. You have a quality product and I come back every time. Salesman, Terrance does an amazing job detailing the cars as well as establishing an ongoing relationship.
2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

Larry H. Miller Honda BoiseReviews
Larry H. Miller Honda Boise review
I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V to Larry H Miller for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve owned this car for seven years with no major issues, and I recently passed it down to my high-school-aged daughter, so safety and proper care are very important to me. Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wasn't in the market for a new car but after a total loss accident I didn't have a choice. I wanted the closest replacement to the car I lost, which I found online at Legends Honda in KS. I called to get info, Asher was a tremendous help from start to finish. From arranging transport to VA, patiently waiting for my insurance to issue the payout, and negotiating my terms with the finance company. Wonderful service dealing with out of state purchases and a big thank you to Asher for being a great salesperson.

AutoNation Honda Covington PikeReviews
AutoNation Honda Covington Pike review
My experience at AutoNation Honda Covington Pike, Tn was an easy process. My salesman, Joshua, and Carl, in finance, went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed in all aspects of buying my car. I appreciate Carl?s and Joshua?s knowledge of the cars, as well as informing me on the details and distinctions between the types of civics on hand. Their knowledge helped me make the right choice for me. Carl also informed about warranties and extended warranties and I was able to add what I needed from Honda Care.

Anthony Orozco was very pleasant and super responsive to my needs even though it was a simple request. This is why I traveled a little far for my new yellow 2026 WRX service. I would recommend this service dealer to anyone. The little extra cost is worth the worry free service. Peace of mind.

McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

They are a great dealership that will try their best to help you get financed. Although it didn’t work out for me, I can still honestly say in the future I will try again. Looking for a car, talk with Christopher. He will definitely help you out.
