Test drove others cars similar size but this Honda civic was the only one that made us feel comfortable with everything and when I say everything means everything No more wondering

I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

Purchased the 2026 civic sport driven 150 miles. It does great in gas mileage. The options are pretty basic . Manual underseat adjuster for more or less foot room. The pump action for the seat to rise . The Apple CarPlay has to be hardwired using USB-C orherwise it’s Bluetooth connects wirelessly. Comfortable ride. Smooth .

When I arrived to have my new seats installed they made sure that I was satisfied by helping with my loaner car and any questions that I had regarding the drop off. The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Sport Honda, every time we are more impressed with our experience. They always seem to have the most competitive prices, a great selection and just super easy to work with. We have always been treated like family members, not as just another sale like most dealers. At this point there is just no need to even shop around, we save so much time and hassle to just go right to Sport. One thing that we have noticed that makes us really feel comfortable at Sport is there is no high pressure sales tactics, they just lay everything out and let you make your decision. We have a few other Honda dealers that are closer to us, but it is well worth a few extra miles to work with Sport. GREAT JOB SPORT HONDA, YOU NEVER DISSAPOINT US.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

A used Toyota Prius with low mileage is hard to find. We had searched several websites, visited dealers for test drives and were getting discouraged that we would not find what we were looking for. This would be our third Prius (previous cars 2007 and 2011), so we knew what a great deal would look like. Earlier in the day we had almost bought a 2013 Prius V from another dealer, but our credit union was concerned about the price given the 69k miles. So we continued our search on Cars.com and found a 2015 Prius with low mileage at a great price at Waldorf Honda. We called to check the vehicle's availability and made our way in the rain to Waldorf around 5pm. Representative Mark Green was waiting for us when we arrived, with the car ready to test drive. Because Waldorf Honda had a certified lender relationship with our credit union the financing process went quickly. We had expected to have to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be fully detailed. But to our delight Mark Green had arranged to have the car cleaned and fresh (previous owner was a smoker) while we were in with finance and we were able to drive our 2015 Prius. YES, our days of 50 miles to the gallon driving have returned.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.
