Toyota of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Toyota of Downtown Chicago review
I purchased a car from Toyota downtown Chicago. I did a trade in. Juwaun Sims helped me. He was exceptionally transparent and honest guy. He and team give me the very fair price for my car and disclosed every thing about the car I got (almost new with old mileage but had minor accident). The experience was outstanding. Juwaun is an incredible guy.

Star Nissan - ILReviews
Star Nissan - IL review
We brought our 2018 Nissan rogue in for servicing at star Nissan on September 30, 2026. We asked for a multi point vehicle inspection, oil change, CVT flush, brake inspection, tire rotation, and to evaluate the recent battery draining we had been experiencing. It was found that oil was leaking from the engine and the front and suspension had concerns. Initially we, (my wife and I) were skeptical. The additional repairs would leave us without our car for several days. We were without our vehicle for nine days. I wanted to complain about the time it took to get our car back, but the service advisor was able to obtain a loaner car for us, so the wait was not horrible. After receiving our car back on October 8, 2026 we noticed an improved ride. We also smelled antifreeze while driving, but no leaks were noticeable. We are satisfied with the service from Star Nissan. We will return for future servicing.

Classic Toyota review
Went into discuss a car that was still in the build phase, met sales rep. Alex Landa who after listening to what I was looking for discussed the aforementioned vehicle. Talked price and we made a reasonable agreement fairly quick. He understood my past frustration with buying cars and we didn’t have to play the game, really appreciate that. I will follow up after it is delivered

Burr Ridge Motor SalesReviews
Burr Ridge Motor Sales review
I had a fantastic experience with Burr Ridge Motor Sales and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used car. From the moment I walked in, their team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. They offered a great selection of well‑maintained cars at fair prices, and the entire process — from test drive to purchase — was smooth and transparent. I especially appreciated their honesty about the vehicle’s history and condition, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership that puts customer satisfaction first, Burr Ridge Motor Sales is the place to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. -Scott O.
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

We had a great experience at Infiniti of Naperville! The staff was kind and friendly without all of the the pressure some dealerships put on you. We worked with Samantha, she was wonderful! She was very helpful, friendly and great to deal with throughout the entire car buying process!
2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
Excellent communication I am a prospective out state buyer and Jimmy and Jenna are very helpful and flexible.
2015 Honda CR-V review
I bought the car new with 45,000 mi and in 3.5 years have put on 52,000 more miles, so about to cross 100,000 miles. In my time of ownership I have only put in gas, oil changes, new tires, and changed the filters. Everything else works flawlessly every time. The all-wheel drive system is impressive and once got me to a location that all three guys in pickup trucks following me had to park their trucks in the middle of the mud trail while I reached the destination at the top of the hill. I average 27 mpg and have more than enough pep to pass people on 55 mph highways quickly. The cargo area is surprisingly large with the rear seats folded down And so this is our preferred vehicle for long trips with our two big dogs!

Cars R Us ChicagoReviews
Cars R Us Chicago review
I shopped online for months until my 05 Jeep Wrangler was posted by Chris back in December. I ended up calling and we worked out the details over the phone and since I was in California, we used this here interweb thingy to take care of the paperwork. Chris is a man of his word and he bent over backwards to make this process as smooth as humanly possible. When he says he has your back, he really means it and as far as I'm concerned the car business is better because of this guy. My Jeep was my retirement gift to myself and I must say, it was one heck of a find. She is a head turner and conversation starter and proof positive Car R Us knows how to pick them. If you're in the market, definitely give this lot a try because this was the best car buying experience for me to date. Make sure you ask for Chris...:)

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

I took my Pathfinder in for oil change and tire rotation. Monica, my Service representative, was professional and personable. I waited in the lounge and was on the road again in 30-40 minutes! A smooth routine maintenance appointment . Will return for future maintenance 👍
