Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

Great guys! Friendly, open, honest. Listened to what I needed. Looked at a couple vehicles but we didn’t have quite the match I was looking for. I really would enjoy working with these folks compared to some of the other used car dealers you come across. They have my contact info so we may find a deal yet.

I sold my car to Jim Coleman Toyota, and I had a fantastic experience! Salesperson Jonathan Wear was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He helped and assisted me in the sale while showing flexibility with the terms of our contract, speeding up the payment to accommodate my needs. Jonathan went the extra mile by bringing me the check in person the same day. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my sale such a pleasant experience and for your attentiveness to my special needs. I would definitely go back to Jim Coleman Toyota!

King Kia review
I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. After reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, I received a response within 15–30 minutes. I quickly connected with a sales advisor and was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. The entire process was incredibly efficient—I completed my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The sales advisor was phenomenal, ensuring all necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, which made everything seamless. The car was cleaned, ready, and waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I truly appreciate the level of organization and customer service provided. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases.

Dealer Network Trade review
Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. Finally got the Lexus I've been wanting & with the beautiful inventory they have, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I worked with Sade. My experience was nothing but stellar. In particular, Sade is professional, responsive, approachable, knowledgable, and helpful. She was prompt to respond to my texts and took care of the task at hand. I would absolutely take my business to this company again. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. I highly recommend CARMAX.

Genesis of Chantilly review
I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
2016 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.
