Ricardo S and Gloria P were exceptionally gracious, patient and helpful so I could understand the latest RAV4 lineup, gas versus hybrid, test drives, etc. Subsequent to my visit, they responded promptly to my phone calls and texts. Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a car at North City Honday, assisted by Dom. We entered the showroom on a Saturday afternoon thinking we were just starting our car shopping journey. We weren't looking for anything in particular, other than knowing we were interested in a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, and a little bigger than the almost 20 year old Honda Civic Hybrid we were replacing. Dom listened to what we knew we wanted, what we knew we didn't want, and then guided us to look at an Accord. We looked at two models of the current year, as well as a previously owned vehicle that wasn't prepped for sale yet. By the end of the day, we bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we think will serve our needs very well. The worst part of the experience was waiting for the financing to be processed, since we didn't think we were quite ready yet we hadn't arranged that ahead of time. But a vehicle we liked was available, and we thought it best to get it without dithering. Dom (our sales person) and Kylie (financing manager) made the process straightforward, and we'd go back to this dealership again.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. The techs at Napleton jumped on our issue right away and worked hard to help a family stranded on the road. We were back up and running in just a few days. Thank you Napleton Ford!!
