My experience was good as usual . Always good customer service, and you don’t feel like they’re going to tell you things are wrong with your car to upsell you. They don’t try to add extra services either
Went in to have my battery checked, a process that shoud have tzken no more than 30 minutes. The whole process of checking and replacing the bad battery took almoust 4 hours. Totally unacceptable!
However i must add that Michael the service advisor was completely professional and informative.
Enver made buying a car the best decision ever!! He was so patient and understanding with me during the process. He took the time to breakdown all important aspects of each car I was interested in, and even stayed far past closing time to finish out the deal!!! Been through this process more than once and this was by far the best!! Would recommend him and Crown Honda to all my friends and family!!

This is the 5th Honda we purchased from Crown and we always deal with Cary Forney. Cary is more like family--your brother or uncle--who happens to work for a dealership, rather than just a salesman as he is courteous, helpful, relates to us and our needs and how they have changed over the 12 years we have used Crown as our dealership and Cary as our salesman. This was our first time to lease instead of purchasing and Cary was very informative and the F&I man, John was also very helpful. Crown had published the inventory and lease specials and they were there when we got to the dealership. All of our cars are serviced by Crown and service is always excellent. We have always been satisfied. You can't go wrong with Crown, Honda, or Cary. JOB WELL DONE and that does not happen very often anymore.
It was nice experience of buying Honda CR-V from Brandon Honda, Jeremy has good knowledge about available features. Although I miss Ex model and had to go with Lx, but would love to upgrade in near future. Looking forward to have similar post purchase service experience.
We had a basic service, check point inspection, and oil and filter change, and tire pressure check. We were at the dealership for no more than 45 minutes from check in which was handled professionally and courteously by Tage, to his taking care of our paperwork. We arrived around 5:10 pm and were on our way by 5:55 pm with our car serviced and washed which by the way was a nice touch as this is the first dealership that provided a car wash with service. Job well done. Vince
