I identified the car I wanted to get to replaced my 2013 Sonata that was totaled. Tanner told me all about the make and model, answered all my questions, and took me for a test-drive. I was not familiar with all the technology in present-day cars. He took me through all the features and offered to assist me at anytime. I felt assured that I could manage it; although, I was initially quite overwhelmed. I was certain that it was the car I wanted. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.
