We were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and extended over extended courtesies were given to us at Superior Hyundai, off of Loop 410 and Callaghan and I cannot say enough truly, about Jonathan Priette, our Sales Agent, Mark Anthony, Mgr., and Oscar Fernando in Finance! There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. These three gentleman treated us the way everyone should be treated, with utmost respect! There’s not enough of that in this world nowadays. So, if you are looking for a great car with a great package deal, please do yourself a favor and go look for any of these three gentlemen. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

The whole experience only took less then 3 hrs and than included an hour wait for AAA. My sister and I were on our way quickly.

What’s going on with Honda? I‘ve been buying Hondas since 1979, and have never seen such a lack of response to a service problem as this year. My Ridgeline GPS controlled clock quit working in January and was told a fix would be available by August. In July I was given instructions from Honda USA on a fix which caused my clock to totally disappear. In early August, my clock returned but was 3 hours and 11 minutes behind. Now, late September, Honda is saying their still working on it. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Is Honda just hoping we will just buy a new car to fix their engineering oversight? DID HONDA HIRE A BUNCH OF BOEING ENGINEERS? I’m totally disillusioned. Should I abandon buying Hondas from now on?
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.
