Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

I am very pleased with Michael Moss my salesman. He listened to me and was not pushy. He sold me a 2026 red Trax which I love. I bought my first car from Mr. J L Huffines in 1962 and would never go anywhere else. Michael McLarty always takes care of me in your service department . He is always honest with me.
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Ricky was super helpful through the whole process. When I asked for the Carfax he got it instantly. I really appreciated that I was given some space to examine the cars by myself. But if I ever had questions Ricky was always quick to help out. From start to finish, this was the best experience I ever had at a dealership.
2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. Rusty Wallis Honda review
Tin Tran is the kind of service adviser every dealership should be proud to have. He’s helped me on multiple visits with thoughtful updates, prompt follow-ups, and has always taken the time to point out any coupons or specials that could help me out—even when I didn’t know to ask. What really sets Tin apart is his integrity. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold—just supported by someone who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for his customers. That kind of trust and consistency means a lot. He’s gone above and beyond every single time, and both Rusty Wallis Honda and I are truly lucky to have him.

CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Toyota of PlanoReviews
Toyota of Plano review
Carl Brock was our advisor at Toyota of Plano. This is the best dealership we could have gotten. He was AMAZING. We are from AQ, NM. Our engine light came on, stopped there and Carl immediately got to work on it. It was an extensive job and he made sure we didn't have to leave it overnight as we had no other transportation. He kept us informed of costs, timing and let us know the best technician for this problem was working on it! Car was ready when he promised. We've had Toyotas for 12 years in AQ, but the service, friendliness and efficiency of this dealership was impeccable, and far superior to any other we've used. Thank you, Carl. You're an asset to this dealership. We will request you always in the future. BTW, we are buying a new 2026 Highlander from here and should arrive end of October. AND, it was the only of 3 dealerships that could get us exactly what we wanted. Also, the ladies at checkout were extremely friendly. THANK YOU for such professional staff! Marlene Moynihan

Got in and out quickly with the used car I wanted. Was worried about the financing a little, but they worked with me to make the numbers work, and showed their quality as a high end used car dealership. Thank you!
2011 Honda CR-V review
I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.

Overall, a good experience. I had a little miscommunication with shipping, but they made it right and ensured I received the vehicle.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

AutoNation Honda Lewisville review
Andres was exceptional Hadn’t planned on buying that day was just starting to look for my best. option and he created one for me I’ve been a loyal CRV owner for 17 years and this CRV should last me till they take my keys or I go home to my Heavenly Father . So many safety features for a driver and comfort as well. Andre’s sent a video as soon as I put out a request and has followed up with me at least 3 times since my purchase to see if I need any help I love my new car and all it has to offer
2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Honda Cars of McKinneyReviews
Honda Cars of McKinney review
I had a great experience at Honda Cars of McKinney. It's mostly thanks to John Gallagher who made the car buying experience a surprisingly positive experience. He was friendly, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. What I appreciated the most, was his willingness to answer all my questions and concerns, and was even able to bring in the previous owner, who happen to work within the building. Allowing me the opportunity to talk to him about the car and its history. Billy in the finance dept deserves a special mention. He handled what could have been a really annoying, stressful process with chilled out professionalism, instead of bombarding me with sales pitches or rushing me through. Special mention to having to activate my debit card in the middle of the transaction. Overall, it was a really laid back experience. John's chill yet informative demeanor and Billy's relaxed style of final step financing made me feel super comfortable about buying the car. I would definitely come back to Honda Cars of McKinney and recommend to others both John and Billy.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

The CarMax process was so refreshing to someone used to a lengthy back and forth price process. Our salesman was so friendly and efficient.
2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.
