In and Out in only 3 hrs & 15 mins includes demonstrating a new vehicle and trading in the old one. Very nice to work out a deal online and actually have it honored once I arrived. Trade in value was about what I expected and still a bit more than two other dealers had offered. All involved worked fast and courteously and I thank them for that. After 30 years of membership I FINALLY used the Costco Auto program and was introduced to Tom Daniels. He is GREAT! I don't live in the customary 25 mile radius to Earnhardt Honda so our first contacts were limited to Email and Text (my choice). Our first meeting was so laid back; no pressure but with a determination of "lets make the deal that you want;" AND get you home before dark. And they did. When I drove off in my brand new 2018 CR V I experienced a euphoria never felt when I bought a new car. It was clean, prepped and pre-tested CORRECTLY. Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.

Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
I leased a 2018 CR-V and am very happy with my experience. ???Rocky??? was my initial contact who set me up with a test drive and explained the car???s features thoroughly. Craig Thorpe handled the actual lease agreement when it was time to pick up the car. My experience with both of them was no-nonsense and friendly. I did not feel any pressure to make a quick decision on the lease. I???ll definitely work with Right Honda again
