The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. 2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

We drove over an hour to United Auto to check out a vehicle we saw online for our 16 year old looking for his first car. It was on Saturday over Labor Day weekend and there were several other people looking on the lot as well, but Rodney met with us and was friendly and responsive to us and everyone else who walked in. My son was very specific with what he was looking for (including manual transmission) and we were able to take it for a test drive and put a down payment on the car. We picked it up the following week after they replaced all brakes, pads, and rotors and gave it an oil change. The process of pick up was quick and easy and, once again, Rodney was friendly and knowledgeable. Our family would definitely recommend United Auto, even though it's a bit of a distance from our home.
