2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. The process of buying my new car was actually relatively stress free, which is not something I expected going in. Our sales associate, Steve De Leon Ardiano, was excellent throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he was quick to provide information on the exact car I was looking for, answered questions clearly, and was very transparent about pricing and options. What I appreciated most was that Steve was professional, courteous, and straightforward. He never pressured us or played games, which made a huge difference. Buying a car is stressful enough, and Steve kept everything clear, efficient, and no-nonsense in the best way possible. When we decided we wanted a different color than the original vehicle we discussed, he was very accommodating and helped make the switch smoothly without making it complicated. After getting quotes from several other dealerships, we ultimately chose to go with Steve because his communication and offer stood out. He even came in on his day off to help finalize everything and take care of us, which we really appreciated. We were in and out within about 3–4 hours handling all the paperwork, which felt very reasonable compared to past experiences. I also want to mention the woman who handled the contract and financing portion (I believe her name was Sarah). She was respectful of our non-negotiables and worked with us to find solid middle ground on the remaining items. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences we’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend working with both Steve and Sarah again.

I had purchased a couple of cars from Costa Mesa Autonation before. On Memorial Day, numerous Honda dealerships were have a promo. Naturally I picked the lowest advertisement and contacted them. I dealt with the numbers over the phone and once agreed, then I proceeded down to the dealership. Guess what ? Bait and switch. I scolded the sales rep and the finance mgr and left. Buena Park Honda, get a life ! Then I called Costa Mesa Honda. Again dealt the numbers over the phone. A mgr calls me and said I will received what was negotiated on the phone. I proceeded down to the dealership. I did not get the advertised deal. I got an even better one ! Peter was my sales rep. Greg was the finance rep. Awesome dudes to work with. Advice to consumers out there. Just go to Costa Mesa Honda and save yourself the trouble. Check out their prices online first. Very transparent. No games !

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
