Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

We were in no mood or space to buy a car this past weekend, but life had other plans when our Kia started kicking the bucket. We had to find something fast, and within our budget, but also wanted something that we actually WANTED: AWD, sizeable, newer, clean and well maintained. And because we're currently in the process of trying to buy a house, we had a lot of financial needs: in a budget, paying cash, etc. I was already stressed when I walked into Groove Toyota, and anticipating a downhill morning. Enter Mr. Byron Fludd. This man! From the second he introduced himself I started feeling better. Kind, understanding, funny, and he actually LISTENED when we told him all of our needs. The car we saw online was already sold. Byron found us something better for less cost, the size and age and mileage we were hoping for and made the entire process so unbelievably painless. We arrived at 10am and were out of there by 12:30ish? And I think the only reason it took that long is because Byron made sure the new whip was extra-detailed, and also printed us a copy of the CarFax so we had it. I could not be more grateful for our new (used) GMC Acadia, and I can't thank Groove Toyota and sweet Byron enough for taking SUCH good care of us. My husband said multiple times this past weekend that we'll be buying our next car with Byron and Groove Toyota, no question. Every car buying experience for me before this past weekend had been full of pressure, price hikes, and undue stress. Our experience last Saturday changed all that. The car averages 45-52 mpg. Love it. It is a great commuter car. The drivers seat is ridiculously comfortable. Downside is that the back seat is NOT comfortable and difficult to get in and out.

2020 Honda Insight review
WOW the gas mileage is incredible I can regularly get 50 mpg my lead foot wife gets 47. I’m a big person tall and wide it could be more comfortable but I’ve owned worse. The “switch” gas to battery is 100 percent seamless, just drive it like a regular car and it dies the rest. It has a ton of electro so it’s the only car I ever bought an extended warranty. Did I mention it gets 50 mpg and dies look like an ugly Prius. Honda through and Through!!

2020 Honda Insight review
My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.
