Harbro Auto SalesReviews
Harbro Auto Sales review
Top‑notch people with a total focus on the customer from beginning to end. As a small business owner who strives to provide the best service possible, I’m excited to share our very positive experience with Harbro. Prior to working with Harbro, I had visited one of the large dealership competitors, which was a completely impersonal experience and left me with no intention of ever considering them for future service vehicle purchases. Harbro was the exact opposite—professional, attentive, and customer‑focused throughout the entire process. We look forward to working with the Harbro team on future purchases and will gladly choose them over the big dealerships going forward.

Kenneth showed exceptional customer service and answered my questions that I had regarding my car and warranties.
2022 Honda Insight review
My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

Toyota of BoardmanReviews
Toyota of Boardman review
Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

Randy Lee (Service Advisor) exemplifies professionalism and genuine helpfulness. He is someone of great character who truly cares about his customers, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. It is rare to find that level of honesty and dedication in vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend asking for him if you want top-tier service. He sets the standard of what all Toyota employees should strive to be!
