I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.

I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. With or without the online coupons, getting my oil changed at Muller Honda of Gurnee is less expensive than going to an oil-change place, like Jiffy-Lube. I choose to wait, since it???s a comfortable waiting area, an I???m usually pretty surprised at how fast the work gets done. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
Service was set up ahead of time & they were on schedule I added an oil change and it was done right away. Didn???t try to tell me a bunch of stuff that must need fixed just told me some things that I should address sometime.
The other day, I had to take my 2011 Honda Civic to the dealer for an oil change and a recall repair. After the car what checked, the service fella (Chris W.) came out and told me that during the check, a few things could be replaced, i.e. spark plugs and transmission fluid -- all I could see were addition $$$$ signs in my head. I knew about the spark plugs -- they were the original set. I am also a firm believer in keeping all fluids as clean as possible, and I knew that it had been awhile since I had my transmission fluid changed, I asked Chris what he could do for me since I was not expecting the additional charges, and Chris W. did not hesitate in helping me out with discounts. His help and professional manner helped me feel better about my repairs and the extra $$$s I spent. Long Live my Civic. Deb Morrissey
Dealership is friendly and work is completed in a timely manor. We had two cars scheduled for service that day. One was set for 9:30 AM the other for 1:30 PM. But they accommodated us and we dropped one vehicle off and waited for it to be finished and just left the second vehicle their for the later service. But dealership completed the work an hour later. Also even if you forget to use coupons they look to see if one is available for oil changes. They don???t overcharge or pressure you to have additional service. They let you know next visit you should consider; which is appreciated; so you can properly budget for additional services.
Had to get front passenger air bag changed as part of a safety recall. I was able to schedule a comfortable timing that suits my need. I added oil change to the service. Everything was completed in about 40 min. Service agent (Chris Harrison) reviewed the vehicle status in the end. Overall great experience!
