Grieco Honda review
Was looking for a used affordable car, Robson Pinto went all out of his way to make it happened, He made us feel really comfortable , very patiently while we make a decision. I'm so happy that he made my Husband love his truck. He didnt give up on us. Someone else wouldn't have the patience. Thank you so much Robson, go in and ask for him to help you pick your used, new car. He has my 5+ review, Also Mark Mislak sales manager also helped us, very nice and friendly person.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Fast and easy to deal with, glad they are now open on Saturdays. Anthony Miranda was very helpful and made us feel welcomed in service ! Showed us a breakdown of our car and helped us out with our new car, didn’t know some of the things that were covered under the warranty and he took care of us
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. This vehicle is a big asset and has more than expected and you guys made it possible, thanks!

I would like to send a big thank you to Ashley Couto for continually providing me with exceptional service. My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Ashley is one of the reasons why I would definitely keep buying vehicles from them!

Grieco HondaReviews
Grieco Honda review
Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. Was so pleased with Jacob’s professionalism and knowledge….would not hesitate to come back and see him, or recommend him. Great job, Jacob!!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Saccucci HondaReviews
Saccucci Honda review
On Sunday, August 7th, as my husband and I were driving our one year old Honda CR-V to the Newport Jazz Festival, we started to hear some odd sounds whenever we drove over a bump. My husband parked at one point and looked under the car and found that our splash guard underneath the car was the culprit. We were almost at Newport, so we decided to enjoy our day of jazz and window-shopping and then called the general number of the Honda road repair people, who suggested that we visit the Saccucci Honda dealership, which was on our way home. Usually, I dread being at a car dealership, enduring the slow wait for the completion of car repairs. But what a surprisingly pleasant experience greeted me at the Saccucci Honda dealership near Newport. First of all, a friendly golden retriever welcomed us when we walked into the waiting room. It even sat obediently so as to earn a doggy biscuit. I enjoyed petting the friendly, tail-wagging creature, who roamed around freely, dispensing affection and companionship. Apparently, there are other dogs as well, though I didn’t see them. I assume that if a client is allergic to dog dander, the dogs are corralled into a special “dander-free” area for them. As a dog-lover who lost my beloved black lab, Spartacus, two years ago, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to interact with this friendly pup. I had pleasant conversations with two older men in the waiting room, who also dog turned out to be dog-lovers. Ordinarily, I seldom talk to strangers in a car dealership. Within less than an hour, we learned that our splash guard had been hanging down, with the retainers not held in place. The repairman noted that it looked like the previous mechanic at our Honda dealership in Massachusetts had screwed up during our recent visit there, so they diagnosed our problem waived our bill, urging us to return to the previous dealership to have it fixed. The canine ambassador broke the ice and enabled me to enjoy two conversations with other canine fans that made the time fly. Needless to say, I was so impressed that the people at Saccucci dealership willingly took responsibility for our problem, even though they had not caused it. I heartily recommend visiting this dealership, if you are ever near Newport. Having friendly dogs roaming as ambassadors in a car dealership is a brilliant idea. I hope other dealerships pick up on this practice. After two years of Covid, we all need to start socializing again. *****Well done, Saccucci Honda!!! And I’m not related to any of the staff either. 2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

I made an appointment with a very pleasant person named Courtney. We came in and met with Ryan Santos. He was very professional and friendly. He showed us the new Accord we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. The negotiation was painless and we bought the car and drove home that day. I would recommend Ryan and Colonial Honda to anyone. It was a great experience. Thank you all.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!
