The service department is simply the best, the service Manager Ben, Joe service advisor and the rest of the staff are profeesional with years of experience. Wouldn't go any where else more matter which vehicle I would have serviced

I had 42,000 miles in my Honda Pilot 2016. Since then , I only travelled 2x for out of state and most if the time just in the place. But now I heard some cracking sound when you turned and brought to to dealer to fix it since I still have warranty on it. I brought like 10 times like every after repair , still the problem occurs. The radio fm are very poor sound balance system, start up are poor too, sticking break pedal so I have to used remote start engine. , 1st year of owning it, the battery’s was dead. Now I brought all this attention to the AH M but they regret and denying the problem so they have to protect from damaging their reputation. Thats what all the business is. We are silent but being consumer we should do something about it. We have the right to question since we are paying and buying this brand or product. We are your reasons why your business exist.
Salesman Mike Houston was very nice, personable, knowledgeable and patient. We first went to just test drive and he was very helpful and not pushy, and did not apply any pressure. When we returned to purchase, it was a very pleasant experience. They worked well with us to get a deal made without the constant back and forth to get where we needed to be price wise. The process of paperwork went rather quickly and smoothly. The business manager going through all the paper work explained everything well. He was sure to explain the offers and warranties in detail so we understood but was not overly pushy to purchase them. I???ve had buyers concern before with purchasing a car, but this time I was nothing but super excited and confident in my purchase.

This car has more leg room of other models I've tried. The ride is very comfortable and feels very stable going around corners. Haven't had a chance to tow with it yet.

Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

I absolutely LOVE this vehicle!! I just need to get rid of a car payment for now; but I definitely will buy it again! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! I love the newer crossover body style!
Went online and made an appointment for regular maintenance. Altho there were several cars in the entrance bay when I showed up, I was immediately seen and within 10 minutes I was processed and in the waiting room. The service techs are all great people, really kind, upbeat and respectful. I always feel comfortable going in there and they genuinely listen to any concerns.
As usual, we receive good customer service from everyone we come in contact with at this dealership. Our service advisor is patient and thorough with great communication skills.

Bought the 2016 Pilot new to replace our 2009 that my son inherited with 180,000 miles. At 40,000 miles the Pilots reliability went from I Love this car to what the xxxx is going on! Dash light illuminated and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. My wife is a Sunday slow driver. Highway miles mostly. Kenosha Honda reset the computer,
Replaced catylatic converters vehicle spent over two weeks in shop. Got the vehicle back all the lights were back on again. Vehicle brought
Back to Kenosha Honda, got it back a week later unwashed,with it ’repaired’ again. Drove it straight to a Toyota dealer the next day and traded it for a new 4 runner. 2016 Pilots are no good. I have a 2009 Pilot with 205,000 and a Accord with 120,000.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

Buying a car can be a little intimidating, Thankfully the staff here tried to make it as quick and painless as possible. Stephen was happy to let me test drive the car and was very knowledgeable about the different features. My only complaint would be the wait times during the credit check. I know that it takes a while to send your information out so it isn't a bad mark on the dealership but I did wait quite a while. Bearing in mind that the dealership will only improve over time (since they will be moving to a bigger building) this is a great place to buy a car.
Roger (Big Mac) and Stephen are great people to work with. I worked with Big Mac in the past and built a good relationship with him. Easy to work with and connects with people. Highly recommended and will always go back to Schaumburg Honda to purchase cars in future! Keep up the good work!
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
