Ron is extremely service oriented and Knowledgeable. He took the extra time to stay in touch and keep me posted on any new specials coming up. I enjoyed the whole experience. Ron is great! Thank you for everything.

I came to find out about the prices on their Honda Fit cars. All I wanted to know was the cost of the lease and the financing options of the cheapest car on their lot. When we parked our car, James Maxwell was standing at the entrance to the building. He started by asking if he can help us with anything. I told him we just want the price for the cheapest car they have. First, he mentioned that all the prices are on the internet but with a slight difference on the tax for different locations. Then when my wife and I asked him about the exact price, he refused to even try and find out what it was if we are not going to test drive the car. I never test drive a car when I buy it and I told him that I don't have enough time to do it and that I just want to have a price so I can compare with other cars. He said he wasn???t going to do that, so we all stood up and he escorted us to the door and was holding it open until we left... He made us feel completely unwelcome. I did not like it and right before I got to my car, I came back to get his name. He gave me his card and I left. While my wife was driving away, the Manager of the place came to our car and asked us to wait. It took him 3-5 min to talk to us and give us the prices that we came for and answered all the questions my wife and I had. It was very unprofessional for James Maxwell to behave like that and waste my time. Really hope that more people like his manager work in those dealerships and not people like James. I would give him 0 stars if it was an option.
We reached out to them for a vehicle they had on their lot. We told them when we were coming as we had a short amount of time to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the sales person was not available for us, the car we wanted to look at was not off the main street display, and we had to find another salesperson to work with. This didn't make me happy at all since we were pressed for time.
The salesman was nice although he did damage the vehicle when he drove it off the curb. I was able to test drive it and see if the car seats fit. Ultimately, we didn't make a deal. Their follow up was good as they kept calling to see if we were still looking and many dealerships were not doing that.
I'm in a chapter 13 and I went home with a beautiful vehicle. It was touch and go because I did need the letter of approval from the trustee. The guys at Tynan's (DJ and Greg) were supportive and patient. Marlon was great with the financing end of things and a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for your diligence and professionalism.
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
I had the best experience shopping here. They were helpful and patient with no pressure to buy. They found exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t know exactly what that was. The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! I will buy from them again.
Great service top to bottom. From the moment I walked in to buying a car they treated me with respect and consideration. Only dealership I will be recommending people to. If you can, get Kieffer. Guy is very inclusive.
Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
After driving my car that I got when I was 16 for the past 13 years, I was a little rusty on the car buying experience. With friendly salesmen who weren’t pushy, I was able to make a deal in a relatively short period of time and felt great about my experience.
I always have excellent customer service, as well as maintenance of my car. All employees are helpful and professional. They even compensated me with a credit for waiting an unexpected amount of time. I didn’t even have to complain! All around I recommend this Honda service center for their excellent customer service and awesome work they do for maintenance.
I was just beginning my search but I found such a great car and had such a great experience that I was able to buy the first day. I know I got their best deal and because they had a relationship with my credit union everything was easy. Thanks for a great car buying experience!
