Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Leasing a Honda: A Tale of Three Dealerships (and One Clear Winner) Over the last few years, my wife and I have leased several Honda Civics, and every time we shop around, I’m reminded of how different the experience can be from one dealership to another. I was just in for service today for my 2025 pilot my 2 nd oil change only even though I have visited the service dept a few times before Anthony is usually my go to guy. today Anthony wasn't there I had the pleasure to have Alonzo Carrillo what a great young man I let him know what I was in for He explained everything to me about my codes and what I would need today Very Knowledgeable did not try to push other services on me like most other service departments would ( I came from Hyundai the worst service dept ever in my 70 years of living) it's such a pleasure coming to your service department You should be proud of the job Alonzo and Anthony are doing their. Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. 2024 Honda Pilot review
Overall, the Pilot is a great vehicle. However, it gets less MPG than my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E. Also, going uphill, the Pilot sometimes downshifts a little hard. This is a common occurrence among Pilots. I only have about 3500 miles on it. The interior controls are varied, but they are harder to manipulate than my Ridgeline. However, the vehicle seems to operate and drive comfortably. I do have a Touring and not an Elite. The difference in price was not necessary as my wife and I do not use ventilated sears. Would have liked the HUD though. For what I paid for the Touring, it was worth it.

2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
