Atamian Honda review
This was the best car buying experience I have had. The entire process was seamless from booking my initial test drive online to picking up my vehicle after purchasing it. I cannot say enough about Chris Holder. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was one step ahead of me and did everything he could to make this an easy experience for me. I never felt pressured or intimidated in the least. I will recommend Atamian to friends and family and I highly recommend working with Chris Holder.

I can’t say enough good about these salesmen. I was undecided and Dris took me to the parking lot to show me all the cars for sale. He also offered to get me any car I wanted online. He was patient and kind. Jose got me 2% less for an interest rate, explained everything he was doing and they had a moon roof put in for me. I have never dealt with a better dealer ship and highly recommend Atamian Honda. A big thank you to both of you! Linda

If you are visiting Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, do yourself a favor and ask for Tamara Tymoshevska. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but Tamara completely changed that for me. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She kept communication clear and straightforward from start to finish without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. Thank you, Tamara, for making this such an enjoyable and smooth process!

Really good dealership! I was greeted and welcomed and offered assistance upon arrival . customer care is top priority and I loved it. Upon making a decision on what to purchase out of their variety of selections I was given time to process what it is that would really fit me and my family. The sales associates were very patient and understanding with my decisions. I was presented with the vehicle I desired and at affordable rate as well. Overall great experience in my book, definitely recommend to anyone looking for vehicle.

Dover Honda review
becky was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional - and also ever so patient, as i had many many questions. my dear departed last car was a 2013 honda fit (purchased new), and today's cars are so very different......sort of like driving a computer at times. yet.....she made a somewhat stressful time as smooth and easy as possible. as a long-time honda customer - this will be my third honda from you, the first was a used civic - i have also dealt with your service department many times. i have never, in all those years, been dissatisfied with the service that you provided. i probably could have been able to find something acceptable and possibly even cheaper elsewhere - i had owned volkswaqens and a toyota before buying that used civic from you, so i am not a hardline honda fan - but a little extra cost is worth it to me when i am able to trust the folks who take care of my car.

Zhiwei was wonderful to work with, he went above and beyond after I went to several other dealerships. The experience of buying a car can be daunting but it felt like he truly cared.

Yvie Esna was very caring, and happy to help me when I entered the Service Department. She has a personality that you wanted to see when you get your car service. Esna came into the waiting room letting me know that my call will be ready soon. Esna, thank me for coming to get my car service, and if I have any questions please let her know.
2024 Honda Pilot review
Overall, the Pilot is a great vehicle. However, it gets less MPG than my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E. Also, going uphill, the Pilot sometimes downshifts a little hard. This is a common occurrence among Pilots. I only have about 3500 miles on it. The interior controls are varied, but they are harder to manipulate than my Ridgeline. However, the vehicle seems to operate and drive comfortably. I do have a Touring and not an Elite. The difference in price was not necessary as my wife and I do not use ventilated sears. Would have liked the HUD though. For what I paid for the Touring, it was worth it.

Hector guided us through exchanging our Honda Fit for a Civic hybrid in just a few hours. He answered all of our questions clearly, gave us time to consider our options, and we drive off the lot with the car of our choice by early afternoon. Efficient, friendly and respectful-everything you hope for in a salesperson.

2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
