As always, Atlantic Honda is wonderful. I never have an appointment but I never wait long for getting my vehicle serviced. The staff is wonderful and the oil change prices can???t be beat. I use synthetic oil and they said they ONLY use Mobil One oil. This wasn???t always the case, but if this is true, it???s a offer you can???t refuse. I only get my 2017 Honda CR-V serviced here!
I went car shopping for my daughter. I wanted to surprise my daughter and I had no clue which Honda i wanted purchase. Andy gave me all the detailed information i needed to make my decision. I decided on a brand new 2018 Honda Accord. Andy was very professional and very personable. Andy truly made me feel right at home! My daughter absolutely loves her first car! Thanks Andy!
I am writing this review to express the appreciation that I have for the sales rep Andy Kim. When I walked into the dealership, I did all the research and was ready to buy. The car at my first attempt was not out yet and I did check dealerships around and no one had them. The reason for me to stay with Andy was there was no hounding on buying something else instead; as well as there was no constant follow up calls those other dealerships does. Andy possesses patience as well as an eagerness to assist in any needs that I had. I am very confident that when buying the car, I did get the best price as well as the options that were available to me. I was looking for something specific and I did get everything I wanted. I appreciate the time and energy that Andy put into the sale. There were several times I did send texts and even though he was off that day, he did answer the texts. I would recommend him to anyway in the market for a Honda. I would also recommend the dealership as well. I was also impressed with the valet parking when visiting the dealership.
First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.
Greenwich Honda has always been great to work with. They are consistently super friendly and knowledgeable, and make it a pleasure to visit for sales or service.
Last week, however, they completely outdid themselves.
I stopped by after work because my key was not working correctly. Even though they were on their way out they made me feel totally welcome. They stayed made sure that my small but time-consuming issue was fixed correctly and that I was safe before leaving for the day. I can't thank them enough!!!
Went to Greenwich Honda interested in trading in my 2014 CRV for either a 2017 Civic or new CRV and was immediately greeted by PJ Singh and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
We came in on a Sunday and after talking to PJ we test drove both cars and decided we liked the Civic best but still wanted to do some comparison shopping. We were not at all pressured to stay and buy right then.
During the following week we also emailed and talked to Deaisha who was super helpful and responsive to my endless questions. We returned to Greenwich Honda a week later and after one more test drive the decision was made and PJ took care of everything from there.

I took my dad to get him a mini van. The cars were great! The service was AMAZING! We didnt like one sound on the car and they fixed it quick! Everything was done on the spot. When we had to wait for the cars minor issue to be fixed they drove us to a local diner and back when the car was being inspected. That is why i say they treated us like family. They cared about my fathers safety in this car over anything else. They worked with us not like other dealers that work against you. I will be back to buy another car soon enough.
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!

The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
