I had 42,000 miles in my Honda Pilot 2016. Since then , I only travelled 2x for out of state and most if the time just in the place. But now I heard some cracking sound when you turned and brought to to dealer to fix it since I still have warranty on it. I brought like 10 times like every after repair , still the problem occurs. The radio fm are very poor sound balance system, start up are poor too, sticking break pedal so I have to used remote start engine. , 1st year of owning it, the battery’s was dead. Now I brought all this attention to the AH M but they regret and denying the problem so they have to protect from damaging their reputation. Thats what all the business is. We are silent but being consumer we should do something about it. We have the right to question since we are paying and buying this brand or product. We are your reasons why your business exist.

Too soon to give a good review, but so far so good. I like the towing hitch being standard. I wish the wiring was also included.
Made car buying process easy. Answered all my questions and even gave my daughter a carfax stuffed animal. Two weeks after buying promptly fixed an "issue" with the car ( car had an alarm system we didnt know about, pretty sweet). Great customer service! I love the car!

This pile of trash disappointed me and let me down big time with my family in it.. The 4x4 system is absolutely no better than a front wheel drive car.. USELESS FOR A 4X4 VEHICLE.. MY ADVISE IS IF UR LOOKING FOR A 4X4 VEHICLE DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THE HONDA PILOT.. OF U JUST WANT A SUV THAT WILL NEVER SEE A SITUATION THAT WILL NEED 4X4 THEN STILL DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP..

Bought the 2016 Pilot new to replace our 2009 that my son inherited with 180,000 miles. At 40,000 miles the Pilots reliability went from I Love this car to what the xxxx is going on! Dash light illuminated and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. My wife is a Sunday slow driver. Highway miles mostly. Kenosha Honda reset the computer,
Replaced catylatic converters vehicle spent over two weeks in shop. Got the vehicle back all the lights were back on again. Vehicle brought
Back to Kenosha Honda, got it back a week later unwashed,with it ’repaired’ again. Drove it straight to a Toyota dealer the next day and traded it for a new 4 runner. 2016 Pilots are no good. I have a 2009 Pilot with 205,000 and a Accord with 120,000.
Everyone is very professional and the the service is excellent. Great Service all around, i needed an oil change and the wait was next to nothing.

Love this reliable vehicle. Comfortable seating even in third row. Handles well. Love the luxury features at reasonable price. Have owned several Honda’s due to their reliability and good resale value.
Bought and service my Toyota at Wellesley Toyota. This dealer provides great customer service. Will be going there with my fiance to buy another Toyota to replace his 16 year old Sienna. Definitely recommend this dealer. V Stewart.

We bought this car brand new and have enjoyed it for the past 5 years. We no longer need the car but, otherwise, there are no problems with the car. The 2013 Honda Pilot LX is an excellent SUV - very spacious, comfortable to drive, super reliable and handles the Chicago weather. Would readily buy this car again.

Our Honda Pilot has been a great vehicle. It is comfortable and the heating/cooling is superb! We live in a snow belt area and the FWD did just fine in the winter months. The rear seat entertainment system was enjoyed by children and adults alike. It is nice that those in the rear seat can watch a move and the driver can still play the radio or CD in front. The third row seating allows the entire family to travel in one vehicle. The leg room is cramped for an adult with long legs but average adults to small children are seated comfortably in the third row. There is plenty of room in the back to haul many things when the seats are folded down.
We used this vehicle daily to commute to work but also to travel and to haul a pop up camper. It's a great vehicle.
I was hesitant about going to Honda Gallery after reading all the bad reviews on yelp, but I made an appointment with Tina to see the 2011 CRV advertised so I decided to go. Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

I just love this Honda shape no major issues, I’m still keeping it ! Just god oil change when it’s due and I’m god to drive
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.

I love my pilot. This is my second one! It drives great, is reliable and is very comfortable. I would recommend this vehicle to potential buyers.
Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
