My 5th Ridgeline. 2008-2025. Does everything I need from a truck as an owner of a small home. 24MPG highway and 19 around town. Never even had a check engine light come on with any of my five. MUCH roomier than Taco, Frontier, Ranger or Colorado. Wider and absolutely NO CONTEST for back seat room. The only true mid-size suitable for a growing family.

This dealership has the best used cars. Customer service was incredible. I reccomend this place if you are looking for a good used car.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I am now getting a Keyless Start system error. I never receive a recall letter. I talked to a mechanic and he said that they have issues with this problem, not all 2017 ridgeline. I hope to find an honest dealership that tells me if there is a recall for this problem and does not cost me hundreds of dollars. I found this service bulletin that shows the Keyless Start System Error problem.

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

great car especially the many standard features of the RTL. very comfortable and safe and would recommend if youre in the market for a pick up that handles like a sedan.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport and it’s my last truck. I’ve owned full size trucks most of my life, decided to down size, spent time researching & test driving. It’s easy to drive, has all the bells & whistles that I wanted, and it’s easy to park!

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

We bought a Tesla from Premier and it was a good experience. Everyone was helpful and treated us well. We live 5 hours away so it took a bunch of phone calls and communication to get the deal done, but Patrick did a great job. They were able to get us great financing as well. I would buy here again!

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

Have owned for a month. Wanted one for about three years, finally bought a new ‘24 RTL @discount. Extremely good ride, solid on the road, easy to drive, excellent visibility. Most comfortable vehicle seats we’ve ever sat in, great lumbar and general support. Tailgate and bed are super functional. It’s a Honda with proven reliability, we expect to run it for years of great drives.
