I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This was my second purchase from Metro Honda this time Ashraf assisted me and made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had positive experience with Ashraf great customer service and car knowledge he made the entire buying process really smooth .

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). These three Joyce Honda employees are the ultimate trifecta of 5 star service. As always thanks for all of your help and service you provided to my family. We will be back for sure as always. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The entire transaction went very smoothly. They didn't try to change the deal on arrival. They scheduled the appointment and managed a timely transaction. The car was just as described.

My civic 4cylinder runs smoothly I love being in it but honestly Honda is my favorite brand of car,very roomy just love the inside and outside design of the car

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

The sales man treated me like a person and let me drive, look or take apart what they had available. There was no pressure to buy or make the sale, they just wanted to make sure I would be happy with what ever I bought. A few hours later I drove away with a CPO car for my wife.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.

I cannot believe how great I was treated. I was treated Like I was Al Pacino. Everyone was sooooooo professional. 1 to 10, everyone from staff passing by me to several people that I dealt with professionally gets a 10. Now there is one staff member named Nick who gets an 11, even though you guys don't give an 11, I think you should add that number for special people like Nick. I work with thousands of people at Riker's Island Jail, and the next person that tells me they need a car, is going to get Nicks's number. Please give Nick a free coupon to Applebee's' or Red Lobster (u can afford it), because Nick did everything he said he was going to do and more (never met anyone like this guy professionally before).

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.
