I spoke to the internet manager for a total price out the door as I was driving from LA to SD and didn?t want any surprises and didn?t get any. Only issue they could not find the 2nd key as it was near closing time and service was closed, but they are taking care of the issue promptly and the sales guy took the time to show me all the features and how to set it up.

Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

I purchased a Honda Civic SI. This car is very sporty , roomy and comfortable with plenty of leg room in the back. The trunk is large and opens into the interior of the car when the seats are put down. I enjoy the sportiness of the Honda SI. It handles very well.

Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!

I made a silly mistake of trying to have my 750LI aligned at an outside source. They made my car worse and it was previously. So I took it to BMW El Cajon and spoke with Matt. Matt is a great service writer and understands customer service. He's very attentive to what the customer needs for their vehicle and he has a very vast knowledge base of the products sold by BMW. I'll never go to another place for service on my vehicles.

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

Others seem not to know REALLY what needs to be done and are not good at getting back to the customer in a timely manner.

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

Awesome experience. The sales reps here know what it takes to get You on the car you chose. Even before we arrived we knew and they knew the car we were there for. The rep came out with the keys ready for us to test drive. We came back Halley and they were able and willing to get the paper work rolling. We left extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. They even picked up my trade in Which happened to break down on the way to trade it in. They came and picked it up anyway. I love my 2018 new for me Fit. It's has 4 doors and a hatchback. The middle seats flip over to make a larger cargo area. The climate controls work very well. It has a "Eco" button, which saves gas, when you want. It has two kinds of plug in stations. It hooks up with Bluetooth and I can take phone calls.

I have been going to this dealership since 2011 when I bought my 1st Pilot and now I just bought my 2nd one . Elvis was great and gave me my space to decide what I wanted my budget . Had this car for a month so still experiencing new things. I love everything about the car but the tech is a bit glitchy specifically the cord and Bluetooth connections. Taking a call in the car is a bit of a pain. Drive nice, good gas mileage, overall good experience.

Honda knows there's a problem with the key less ignition switch ,but won't recall the problem. We Googled the problem. Keyless start system problem. I took it to the dealer, the light went off. They said the light had to be on. That's a lie, the computer stores all codes.

Have a 2014 white Honda Pilot with 74k miles on it. Just giving a rundown of things that have needed to be addressed since I purchased it in Nov. 2016. I live in Fl where I've heard that the heat & humidity wreak havoc on car electronics in general. Sept. 2021 - Replaced Multiplex Control Unit (MCIU) due to a parasitic drain on the battery. Went through 2 batteries in two months because of this issue. Sept. 16, 2022 - Car battery was completely dead. Had it towed into local dealer for diagnosis. They could not find an issue with any electronics. Sept. 26, 2022 - Car battery appears to have power, but vehicle won't start after attempting to turn the ignition. Could be the starter, but won't know until it gets towed.

SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD, I AM GETTING GOOD GAS MILEAGE 29.6 AT THE PRESENT. ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS A LITTLE BIGGER GAS TANK.

This is the best dealership ever, period. I was searching for a car for a long time - have never bought cars in the US before. So finally got two 2004 Lexus ES330 to check out. One was in LA and another In San Diego - Bayside Auto. My plan was to see both in one day. Oh yeah, and I live in Oakland. So I took a bus to LA, met a dealer over there, went to a local mechanic - all the way was listening to the dealer singing about how great is the car and himself. The mechanic lifted up the car and it was leaking - $1000 to fix. Took a train to San Diego after that. Called Hiro - Bayside Auto representative and he told me that even though they are closing, he is going to wait for me to show the car. By the way, I was emailing Bayside Auto, before my trip several times with all sort of questions and Hiro always responded nicely with detailed info about the car - pictures, Carfax, Service records, etc. When I saw the car I was amazed how good it was. I could not believe I am getting it. And the fact that people at Bayside Auto took care of that car for many years just blew my mind. I trusted every word they said and never regret it. The next day they prepared the car for me, I bought it and drove from San Diego to Mount Shasta... about 12 hours. That was in June 2020. I am writing this in March 2021. When I bought the car it was 148.000 on the odometer. I have 160.000 now and it drives like a charm - I enjoy every moment when I am in it. Thank you Hiro! Thanks to all the team at Bayside Auto! You guys are great! Every time someone is asking me about cars, I am sending them Bayside Auto contacts. Next time I would need a car - Bayside Auto would be the first place to call.

I purchased my black on black 2017 Accord EX-L Sedan with Navigation and Sensing Suite in early January 2020. I came from a 2003 Civic EX Sedan which was some serious technology shock for me. After being in a horrible high speed car with a friend in his 2001 Civic LX Sedan and him dying the following it scared me. I wanted larger, heavier and modern safety features with comfort and fuel efficiency. But this is the most comfortable and nicest car that I have ever had the privilege of owning. Nit to mention for a big black sedan, Raven is just sexy.

I bought the CRV HYbrid for the lowest price in my area and the salesman did not try to oversell me but took my needs to heart.

Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.
