They were the only local Dealership that had the CR-V Touring in the color I wanted and they have Jim Marsh as a Service Advisor of which I dealt with at another Honda Dealer for my previous Honda for over 13 years. I have a flat tire early Saturday morning ( lot of stress) and Mark in the service department had my problem fixed, and I was back on the road to meet my son within 1 hour! This is my second car I purchased from Weir Canyon and always had great service.

Honestly didn't think I would drive off with a new car. My sales guy "Allen" was great and made my experience fun. His manager worked out a great deal for me to get approved. Was just going for a walk when David approached me. I thought he was going to be a harassing car salesperson but he just showed me the newer cars and went on his way. When I inquired about my difficult situation, he promised that they could help and less than an hour later, I was driving off of the lot with a brand new car. 16 months ago a new starter motor was installed in my older model Ford F-450 work truck. For whatever reason the replacement part failed prematurely at a very inconvenient time. We desperately needed this truck for picking up merchandise which will be shipping overseas on a container going out next week. Originally, I was told the truck wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday but after hearing our predicament my service writer and the service manager worked together to expedite the repairs. I picked up the truck on Saturday much to my surprise and relief. And to top it off they covered it under warranty! Star Ford is the best!
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.

If you are looking to purchase a car, go straight to salesperson Garth Reno. I purchased through him twice. Gave me the best price first time around and made the deal, which involved finding an obscure interior request and then transferring the vehicle across many state lines. Best car purchasing experience 2x.
