My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

I bought a Honda 2023 EX-L Accord Hybrid. Love the car, but furious there was no Sirius-XM software installed on the model. You now only get that on the Touring (Most expensive)Trim model. I had to have it installed by an independent company into the car for an additional $650. Why not offer it at least as an extra that a Honda Mechanic can execute a software upgrade in the radio system which installs it? You put the Sirius/XM software in all your cars when it first became available, and now you only put it in the Touring Trims! Ripoff!! Also, the phone system; Often the bluetooth gets set up to link your cellphones in the new car and then a few hundred miles down the road it fails and you have to do a complete reboot of the cellphone bluetooth system and then re-link your cell phones all over again to get it to work. This has happened twice to me and I have only got 6000 miles on the new car!

Traded in my 2018 Honda Ridgeline for a 2023 Accord EX-L hybrid in April, 2023. Shopped the Toyota Camry but it felt "dated" in comparison to the Accord. I was primarily interested in gas mileage and have averaged 51 mpg so far over 10,800 miles of driving. The car is comfortable, solid and enjoyable to drive. I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

From the start when we reached out we told them we want this to be quick and easy. We showed up, Marco our salesman made the process so easy. He took his time showing me all the features of my car and getting me all set up once purchased. We were very pleased with it all.

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.
