Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.

My third CRV, and sixth Honda! Very nice ride! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and 800 mile. If it’s anything like my 2015, with 202000 miles, I look forward to the durability! Honda has never disappointed me!

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

After doing all my homework on our next new Forester contacted several dealers and Haldeman car dealer was sñthe place to go. Came to an agreement on our price ( which was lower than others) on our 2025 dealing with Nick Renci who never push pressure on us. The final price was excellent as was dealing with the car salesmen Nick R. Even after we went in for signing they accepted other coupon discount on vehicle which brought out price even lower. Will recommend Nick Renzi to be a salesmen to contact for a car purchase!

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Do it! I can?t speak volume enough about the quality of experience we had at this dealer! Bill Hav and Dave were amazing! Bill did everything he possibly could to make sure we were comfortable with our new car purchase- even factored in our insurance increase to make sure we were 110% satisfied. Bought my Elite in May of 2023 at a local dealer. I love the look of the car, the comfort and the handling. It is very roomy and has so many cup holders and compartments which is great. I have the brown/black interior, which I wasn't able to see before purchasing it, but loved it once I did see it. I did have an option for a gray interior one but didn't like that look as it didn't look as classy as the two toned. The lights are bright, the features are wonderful so overall a nice vehicle and still happy with my purchase. Now the not so good stuff.... Biggest problem I have is like other reviews have stated the gas mileage is not great at all and comes nowhere near the projected when the car is marketed. 19-25 it states but that is way off for sure. I don't have a heavy foot, speeding or hard breaking and I always drive in Eco because the 'Normal" mode option, the mileage is worse. Summer months my average between city and HWY is 18.5/19.5. All HWY I was able to get 23 miles one time but not again. All HWY after that first time is usually 21/22. Never have I seen 25mpg like stated. Now the Wintertime they are not as good. City/HWY is 17/19 & HWY is 19/20.5. The most miles I can get out of a tank of gas either summer or winter is now less than 355, more around the 335/345. The lane assist feature is pretty bad as well, better in the nighttime as I feel it sees the lines better but during the day is more of an annoyance than anything, so I normally don't use it. I have drove the Sport model one and that worked great and a 2022 Elite pilot and that worked flawlessly too. Not sure why mine is so bad but dealer says it functioning correctly, I told them we will agree to disagree LOL>. The wireless charging is very slow and if you have any type of case on it will most likely not work, so I just keep it shut off. I really wish Honda would have put the bigger screen in this car this time around. Looks like there is enough space for that to have happened they just chose not to. I really wish that the second you turn off the car the radio didn't shut down too. I have never had a car do that and it is frankly a big inconvenience for me. Many times, I am on the phone with clients, or I like to finish a song, but in order to do that I would have to sit with the car running and that doesn't make sense to me and it's a waste of gas. This is little but I do hope that they come out with some type of compartment for the center console as it's really big but there is no way to organize anything in it and honestly just looks like a total mess. (Again, small to many) The app to start the car and such is just okay. What I don't like is that you cannot adjust the temp or the heated seats as well as not having the app turn on the passenger seat as 95% of the time no one is in it. I feel like this is more opportunity for something to go wrong or stop working when I didn't personal choose to use it but was forced to have. I will say I do like that whatever my heated seat was at from my previous drive that is what it is at when I start my car the next time. I did end buying the Honda rubber floor mats but soon found out that the from mats leave to much carpets exposed by the gas and brake pedals, so salt gets all over it. The back ones are just fine. I did end up buying the Weather tech ones and those are great and have amazing coverage so if you live in an area where it snows, I'd keep this in mind. I also bought the side covers for the back end and the mat for the back end, which really protects the sides and back of seats from scratches which we all know ever car is prone to. I did add the trailer hitch from the dealer vs aftermarket as I wanted it to look good and sit higher where it belongs verse the aftermarket which sits much lower to the ground. Overall, now with 13,000 miles on it I am still loving my pilot despite the other things mentioned above. I hope it last me a long time as this is my first time buying a Honda vehicle.
