I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Facility is clean and buzzing with activity. The Sales Staff were friendly and efficient; along with a professional Financial Manager that handled all of the necessary paperwork for a Pennsylvania buyer purchasing a vehicle in Virginia. They even provided a full tank of gas for the long trip home.

My 2026 HRV Sport came with the Hankook 18 inch tires and rode rough. I upgraded to 17 inch Michelin Primacy A/S. It made a world of difference improving the ride. Its smoother, and quieter with the Michelins. What I like about the HRV: 1. Price. OTD price was 28,600, but that included a trade in with about 1000 equity. Its hard to find a decent car under 30,000 that is not a Kia or Hyundai. 2. Safety tech. The sport model has adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor and lane keep assist, which make the car safer. 3. Easy to drive. You dont have to get a phd in the touch screen and controls, they are intuitive and easily learned, unlike my Toyota, which has a glitchy, awkward infotainment system. 4. Rear seats go all the way down and lay almost flat. This gives more room and its large for the class. 5. Spare tire. Many car companies want you to call AAA everytime you have a flat. Bad idea. The HRV not only has a spare but lots of room with the spare with special compartments for stuff like flashlights, car emergency equipment stored out of the way and the like. 6. Easy entrance and exit the vehicle even tho it does not have power seats. They slide back easily without a problem. 7. Very nice consul with storage underneath the shifter, along with usb plugs. Good place to put phone or other items. 8. Naturally aspirated long lasting non turbo engine. Turbos run hot and burn the oil and your engine. Avoid Turbos. 9. Nice that it has remote start, without buying a super expensive subscription like a Toyota. I like that Honda seems to appreciate its customers, not trying to burn us each month for more money to get the car to work right, like some companies. Are car payments not high enough for car companies so they find a need to force us to pay even more for glitchy, irritating, complicated and often non working subscriptions? Im unaware of any un needed subscriptions or apps to download and enrich hackers, on the HRV which is quite refreshing after owning 2 Toyotas with multiple subsrciption profit (for the compnay) enhancers. Dislikes: I have not yet had a chance to drive it on a longer trip, but other reviewers sometimes complained the front seat was not that comfortable, lacking a lumbar support. I thought the seat was slightly narrow, but thats because Im fat. I dont like removal of Sirius XM radio. Yes, you can, and I did, hook that up to Sirius on my phone, but that is just not the same.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.
