Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
I have bought an Audi, 2 Acuras, and a Lexus over the years, but the buying experience for my 2018 CR-V EX-L at Frontier Honda was by far the best. Sammie, our salesman, was knowledgeable, personable and made the process smooth and comfortable. Dave, the Finance Manager, even made the buying process as stress-free as it can be. I'll be back.
Rob did a phenomenal job in service. My oil change and tire rotation was done within a hour. They also offer a free shuttle service. But the best part of my experience was not being upsold. He simply told me a couple things to keep my eye on. Not once did he pressure me into adding anything to my simple oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Rob!!

From the mid nineties to 2014 I frequently traveled to Longmont from St. Louis to visit relatives and occasionally had my Odyssey serviced here. In 2015 I moved to Longmont with my Pilot. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.
I came in for an unexpected flat tire repair that occurred on my way in to work. As always the Service Department at Frontier was friendly, professional, and expedient in fixing the tire. They also did a "90-day checkup" on my fairly new Fit lease vehicle--something they did not need to do as I had been in already for this service. Hats off to Gary and the rest of the Service Team for always going beyond simply taking care of the requested service. Thanks everyone!
I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

In the middle of the night, I filled out an application assuming I would not be approved. The next day, Rocio gave me a call and both, my husband and I went in and we were approved and driving away on three hours. What is usually such a painful process was really fun and easy with Rocio! Josh one of the sales managers was fast and worked hard to get us a great deal. Lasly, Eric in finance helped us wrap up gap insurance and an extended warranty! Daryl helped set up my phone, and OnStar! Her customer care and attention to detail was just superb. I've already been to service to have my tires filled and they helped me with some of the other functions I was unsure of. Essentially, from start to finish I had an unsurpassed car buying experience. I've already referred my daughter in, within two weeks of my car buying and she too purchased a car. Words of advice; never ever ever go to CarMax, and be sure to see Rocio and the rest of the team at John Elway as they truly do get car buying done as it should be, and they treat their customers like royalty! I will be a forever customer!

Beautiful facility and showroom. We had to search for a salesman, but once we found one (Ian) he was very helpful. He went through all of the models with us and talked candidly with us about wanting a larger car for our family. He was easy for us to relate to and talk with as he has a young, growing family as well. He took the time to show us all of the options (leasing vs. buying). My only request would have been that he provide a little more information on specials/promotions. I only found those by going to the website.
Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
