This review is for the best salesman ever Chance Moore. Our sale was so smooth, calming, done with professionalism and excellene. My husband & I were the 1st to get there before they opened and to our excitement they had a Kia EV6 electric. We test drove I fell in love & bought it. Chance Moore is the salesperson to ask for he went over everything that I needed to learn about the car, even when Kia Connect was down he kept trying and I had to tell him it's okay I will come back but he would not give up trying to get me connected, I'm like I'll be back. His patience and perseverance was touching to my heart and soul; the fact he cared enough about me as a customer going beyond even having another salesman take care of me on his day off. The manager Joe Miller is TOP NOTCH, this manager don't sit behind the desk looking foolish, like he hates his job. He is approachable, professional, friendly and his smile plus positive energy. I give Southern Kia Lynnhaven- Virginia Beach 10 stars. Chance Moore, Joe Miller and the other salesman that was excited for us. 2023 Hyundai ELANTRA HEV review
Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.
