Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! I truly enjoy driving this car. And the level 2 and 3 charging is very easy. I have the Limited Trim package---so the technology and comfort is unbeatable. In the past, I leased a UX200 Lexus. This is a nice upgrade.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. This car is seriously underrated. The ride is exceptionally smooth, and my AWD model is surprisingly quick. The technology is outstanding, especially the heads up display and the highway driving assist, which makes long trips less fatiguing. Ultra-fast charging is outstanding and turns road trips into an easy, enjoyable experience. The interior is cavernous and well-designed. To me the Ioniq 5 stands out as one of the best EVs available today.

I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! This is the best car I have ever owned and that is not hyperbole. I had a 2016 Tesla Model S that cost about $82,000 and my 2023 Ioniq 5 cost about $56,000 or $26,000 less than the Tesla. The Ioniq 5 charges 4 times faster, is more comfortable, quieter and more reliable than the Model S and for a lot less money. I have had the Ioniq 5 for over 3 months and am constantly "blown away" by all the features (learning about them takes awhile) and what a high quality car it is. If anyone is thinking about buying an EV, whatever brand and model you choose will be a quality car (except Tesla), but the reason I chose the Ioniq 5 is that it had slightly more range (rated at 266 miles for my AWD, but it easily gets 300 miles on a 95% charge) and the screen was a little easier to read than comparable crossover electric SUVs. If you choose to get an Ioniq 5 there will be no regrets.

We love our SEL RWD. It's quiet, comfortable, roomy and quite fun to drive. I am also really pleased with the interior and exterior design although I know that is subjective. Economy has been fantastic as well as we're getting close to 4 miles per kwh in mixed driving. Small niggles would be lack of wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay (easily remedied with an adapter and I do believe Hyundai is adding this for future models), no memory seats and no automatic wipers in the SEL trim and only USB-A ports. Otherwise this is a smartly designed EV that is so far great too use.

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. He make sure that his customers have 100% very satisfied and very happy. He’s very understanding, patience, and he’s absolutely gave his time to reply all the calls and text messages too. I had a great experience with the purchase of my tesla model Y. Interior is in great condition low mileage and has 7 seats, which is hard to find at that price. They have a good selection. Fabrizzio, was super helpful and very communicative. the rest of the staff (Rich & Roger) were very respectful, informative and helpful as well. Overall great experience and a pretty fast process too. I felt like they were pretty upfront about the wheels and other add-ons. I totally recommend this place.
