Andy Carney was professional, respectful and patient. He listened to my concerns and wanted to understand the features I needed in a new car. He worked diligently to make sure the car I picked was the right one for me. He took the time to show me all of the functions and even set up many of the basic choices. He made sure I felt comfortable driving the vehicle and using the technology. I certainly recommend Andy as the sales person to buy your next car from!

Sansone Rt 1 Auto MallReviews
Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall review
Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I wanted to share how overjoyed I have been with this car-buying experience. I was led to this site through the website, which was easy to maneuver. I then contacted the dealership & was assisted by Mrs.Candace Holland. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest & funny! She took all the stress off me & handled everything with updates throughout. I was very anxious to do this on my own. I am blessed to have had Mrs. Holland as my saleswoman! I highly recommend working with them. Especially if you like VIP service! Thank You!

Drive Appeal BloomingtonReviews
Drive Appeal Bloomington review
I normally hate shopping for a car because it’s such a pain. I saw they had a car that I was interested in and went there on Saturday and they were so friendly and nice and answered all the questions that I had and I ended up buying the car that day. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and how they made the process so easy for me - I would definitely recommend this dealership!
2018 Hyundai KONA review
I really like my Kona. Great gas mileage. Comfortable seats for driving. Nice size- not too big. Enough technological advances, but not too many. Very cute and sporty. I don’t like that the hatch doesn’t pop open from the key fob. I don’t need an automatic lift, but it would be great if I didn’t have to click it open by hand. I have also noticed that I can’t drive on the highway with the windows open. The noise and vibrations are irritating. Also, I can’t always tell if my lights are on as I live in a well-lit city. I have to turn the interior lights on to see if the handle is on the right click as it doesn’t light up. (The same symbol lights up on the dash of it’s parking lights only or all lights.). Overall, however, I am very happy with my purchase and would buy one again.

I love the low cost to maintain this car. My work allows me little downtime. The ride is decent as well as comfort. It has most of the current bells and whistles The pickup could be a little better and sometimes it does not recover from a downshift as quickly as it should.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

This compact SUV lives up to all the positive reviews. Very comfortable ride, spacious seating, powerful turbo. Glad I paid more for the Ultimate with all the extras.

Had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle thanks to Brandon Hartman. He was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured during the process. He even went above and beyond by sending a video walkthrough of the vehicle ahead of time, which made everything smoother and gave me confidence in my decision. If you're shopping for a car, ask for Brandon!

I traveled 177 miles , one way , on 11/02/19 , to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership. I was extremely impressed with the physical facility and the professionalism and helpfulness displayed by the staff, especially Jennifer, Don, and Jorge. Top notch vehicles as well as personnel. Best experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle.
