Corwin Ford of Springfield review
Shout out to the entire team at Corwin Ford! I spent weeks trying to find a truck with the features I wanted at the price I could work with. I searched nationwide to find the right deal, and I happened upon Corwin Ford. From the moment I reached out, Jay Wasson, along with assists from David, Andrew and Alex, helped guide me through the process, found some savings that I didn't know I qualified for and the deal came together within a day. I even made the trip from multiple states away to come pick up the truck. Once there, I was in and out of the office in about 90 minutes. Super smooth process and I would recommend to anyone. I will certainly look to them again in the future!

Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Thompson Buick in Springfield. Our sales representative, Chance Sigman, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He showed us all the new technology and explained all the benefits. After a number of phone calls and text, we settled on a deal and made an appointment to pick up our truck the following weekend. Chance spent 45 minutes setting our truck up, including the apps on our phones. Thanks, Chance, for the amazing customer service experience you provided. if you are looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend this dealership.
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Tri-Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ford review
AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.

Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

Frank Leta Acura of Springfield review
We bought a vehicle from Tony. The buying experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. We were in and out with our new car in 2 1/2 hours. Tony took the car we were purchasing and filled it up. He and Jean Luc, the finance man worked hard to get us the best deal they could, and we left paying less that what we were first offered. We highly recommend them both!

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

From the moment I arrived, Mike elevated what I expected from a dealership experience. He was attentive, respectful, and thorough in addressing my needs. His communication was clear and confident, which built immediate trust. The dealership itself maintains a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel at ease throughout the process. If professionalism and quality service matter to you, ask for Mike Peters. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless experience. Thank you Mike!

Without question Thompson. Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership has been the best we have ever worked with. Funny story, We went to them to purchase touchup paint for my 2025 Cadillac XT6 and ended up trading two vehicles in on a 2026 Yukon Denali. What makes them our go to dealership: 1.They truly want to make you happy and they work really hard to give you the best deal possible. 2. They are honest and trustworthy. 3. They are patient working with you through the process. 4. Their service department is outstanding. 5. Vehicle selection is amazing and stock is unsurpassed. 6. Vehicles are detailed and filled with fuel upon final closing. 7. Graciously work with you and always remain professional. 8. Their finance department is fast and works to get you the best rate possible. We have purchased three vehicles from them over the past 16 years and Kandy and I trust them to give us the best price without any surprises. Our most recent purchase, 2026 Yukon Denali, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Our salesman, Hunter Angel was, and always has been, exceptionally pleasant to work with. We consider him family. He follows through and stays in contact with you throughout the entire process. We didn’t have to continuously call them to pull information…kept us in the loop. Thank you Thompson’s and especially our friend…Hunter!!!!! You will always be our dealership. Tom & Kandy Murphy

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

It was just a great experience. Every person that I encounter was amazing. Isaiah in Finance was nice. It was just a great experience. I will definitely come back for any future purchases. I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I've been driving my 2020 Kona Turbo for 3 years now and my opinion on this car is ever-changing. Preface: I'm 18 years old and my parents got this Kona for me to earn and now daily drive. I thought the design team was off their rocker when I saw the tail light design, but my expectations were far too high. The whole look of the car grew on me and now I really think its one of the best looking subcompacts you can buy. I ended up with the lime green color w/ the green interior stitching, which also grew on me heavily. The Kona has such an aggressive stance that only gets better when i threw on 25mm wheel spacers (highly recommend if you're going for an aggressive look). I was taken aback at the performance of the green little bugger, it really surprised me how much giddy-up it has stock. Naturally, I was yearning for more performance so I picked up a chip-tune which made it the absolutely perfect vehicle to me. I haven't had any issues with the car other than those that are self-inflicted (meaning no fault of Hyundai), so with nearly 30k on the odometer id say this thing is pretty reliable so far, just don't forget to do your oil changes or the turbo wont be happy. Overall this is a GREAT car for anyone learning to drive. Not too powerful, AWD is a no-brainer, plenty of trunk space (even more with the seats down), and a comfy ride for the price point! Not to mention the Sport Mode adds some extra responsiveness to your driving experience. Overall great value.

Fantastic! This was my first car, Jorge was my sales man, he explained everything in detail. Had a wonderful experience!
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.
