2021 Hyundai KONA EV review
I love love love this car! Meets my needs for city driving with room to haul plants for my garden. Handles well city and highway, good visibility - like the safety features. The only two negatives: the steering wheel feels a little hard/stiff (can be fixed with a cover) and for whatever reason Hyundai does not sell this car in Texas, so I had to order from an out of state dealer and ship it.

As one would expect, my salesperson, Dillon, was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe Hybrid, and was also well versed in all the financing options, discounts, services offered by Checkered Flag, etc. Just as important though, he was very personable, and not pushy about anything. I really did enjoy the no haggle price setup. Then the add-ons were presented with just the facts and without scare tactics. I was also in a bit of a time crunch and Dillon did his best to work with me and accommodate me. He really bent over backwards to help me out in my situation, which I know he didn’t have to. I then returned the next day with my wife, who I bought the new Santa Fe for, and was even treated to a special moment just for her that Dillon setup. Many years back we had purchased from Checkered Flag Hyundai and had always been happy with their non-pushy service, and now we feel like we’ve made the right choice again.

And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle!
