Test drive performed on 2010 Fusion SEL. Noise coming from idling and noisy engine were noted during diagnostic test. Several things needed done asap. young lady booked appt. for 0730am Mr. Johnathan Brown wrote it up. Service mgr. Mr. Frank, got his service tech to To evaluate, determine severals items which needing my immediate action. Further more awaiting parts to complete the job this week is still pending. Personally would highly recommend Beach Ford because of their swift actions and attention to detail from each of those gentlemen that assisted my wife and I during our visit there. We have a 2017 Limited Ultimate that just turned 193K miles. We bought it in Feb 2016. If you change the oil at 5k miles and the transmission fluid at 60k, and this car will run forever. Never had a problem with it. Everything still works inside and it still looks great. My only knock on the car is the rattle that developed in the rear doors when driving on the highway. My wife doesn't even hear it anymore, but it bugs me.

Bought a new one 2017 .love bought it in Chattanooga tn just 6 mo later moved to Washington state st ..and was worried how it handled driving in and on snow and ice ..turns out does very good .never have had any issues .I wished I got the upgraded one that included heated seating and tented window or the leather seats .but wasting to save money.

Only thing is that I just replaced the transmission at 81,000. And getting into the 3rd row seat is a joke!!! I would buy Hyundai if you get the chance.

The guys at Unlimited had just the car I was looking for!
