I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!
I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.
The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
I bought my car from those guys after I was looking everywhere for a decent car for looks and money wise for my son. One day I was driving through and stopped by st Mary auto sales and I loved few cars the next day I came back with my son he loved a Honda whit. The team was really helpful with the negotiations and checking the car before I take it they even gave my son to change the oil the next oil due when he mentioned he is worry about the oil changing deal :) I loved working with them.
After test driving and inspecting 18 other vehicles, I came across St. Mary Auto Sales and saw a few vehicles at my price point. I noticed a vehicles that was mechanically sound and cosmetically maintained and the owner did not pressure me into purchasing the vehicle. He extended a warranty that put my troubled mind at ease with the power train and transmission. Overall, I wish that more dealers would extend the same effort to sell a sound vehicle. He went over and beyond what other the call of duty of dealers.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.

Was having such a hard time getting a vehicle & something that I liked. This place was awesome & the people were great! They worked very hard to help me. I will be going here for any service the vehicle may need as well as future purchases..
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.
I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.
