There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

Great service after the sell. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with service, but their bathrooms. There are MANY of us out there with fragrance issues. The air freshener was so strong in the bathroom, I got an immediate migraine. But, they did take great care of my car

We had a very good experience with McLarty Honda! Brian was a non-pushy salesperson, very knowledgeable and helpful, explained options, and had a pleasant demeanor. Jonathan was helpful on the finances. My only suggestion would be to streamline the checkout process. It took too long. But we are pleased with the personnel and with our purchase!

Crain Hyundai of Little Rock review
The person who deserves the 5-star rating is Mark Madison. Mark has taken care of me, my two daughters, and several other family members for years. He's a straight shooter, he's honest, and has much integrity. That's not been my experience with most car salespeople. He works hard to please his customers and is the reason we have purchased six cars from them over the course of several years.

Crain Hyundai of Little Rock review
5-Star Review for Kayla – Auto Department, Crain Hyundai Little Rock I had an outstanding experience working with Kayla in the auto department. She truly listened to my concerns about my car and took the time to understand exactly what had been going on. Kayla clearly explained what needed to be done, without making any false promises. She went above and beyond, exploring every possible option that would not only address the issues but also work for my situation—especially since I live two hours away. She also made sure I received fair and reasonable pricing, which I greatly appreciated. Kayla is the kind of professional who takes your concerns seriously and delivers on what she says. I’m so thankful for everything she did, and I hope more customers get the chance to experience this level of service. I now know exactly who I’ll go to in the future. Thanks to her help, I made it home safely and with a better understanding of my vehicle. Kayla is a true asset to Crain Hyundai!

Subaru of Little RockReviews
Subaru of Little Rock review
So let me tell you about this whole car-buying adventure... it started with me innocently "just looking." You know how that goes. I hopped on Edmunds, then slid over to the dealership website, and there it was... the Subaru Crosstrek. Blue. Not just any blue--that blue. The kind that makes you start rearranging your budget and your life decisions at the same time. Of course, I did what any reasonable person does--I went and had a little chat with ChatGPT, plugging in numbers like I suddenly had a finance degree. Credit score, trade-in, price... the whole works. Meanwhile, a salesman named Kevin texts me, asks what I want, gets my payoff, and says he'll get back to me the next day. Well... "the next day" gave me plenty of time to panic. After thinking it over (and probably overthinking it just a little), we convinced ourselves, "Yeah... we probably can't afford that Crosstrek." So I text Kevin and basically say, "Never mind, false alarm, ignore my dreams." ONE HOUR later... Kevin calls. This man comes back with numbers. Real numbers. Good numbers. "Wait a second... those are our numbers." And then he drops the kicker--it's for the SAME blue Crosstrek I had my heart set on. Y'all... we bought the car. For a better deal than we ever expected. And Kevin? That man didn't just sell a car--he showed up, followed through, and treated us like we mattered. In a world where you expect a sales pitch, he gave us honesty, patience, and somehow... our blue Crosstrek. Moral of the story: sometimes you say "never mind," and God (and Kevin) say, "oh no you don't."
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Great experience Tiffany my super advisor was awesome super sweet and very helpful ! They were able to fix my Honda accord issue that I could not figure out !
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Perfect buying experience! We got a new Ranger Raptor. Highly sought after truck. I called and the receptionist was great! Immediately hooked me up with Jimmy Haas. He listened closely to what we wanted and said that they just unloaded one and it was in prep right now. Lucky for me!!! We actually closed the deal over the phone and I signed e documents that afternoon! Was contacted by Jordan Gregory and made arrangements to pay. Very easy to work with!!! Paid via wire transfer the next day. Jimmy locked up my truck in one of the private buildings out back until we could pick it up the next Saturday morning!!! We drove in from Tulsa in the morning and Jimmy came out to greet us before we were out of my old truck! Signed a Bill of Sale and drove home!!!!! Best truck buying experience ever!!!!!!!!!! Couple days later we got a call from Noel Harvey, General Sales Manager checking to make sure everything went well and we were happy! Excellent overall experience!!!! Thank you Jimmy

Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Landon French as my car salesman, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. Landon took the time to understand my needs and budget, then guided me to vehicles that were a perfect fit. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process--he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me rather than just making a sale. His communication was clear, and he ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. If you're looking for a car salesman who goes above and beyond, Landon French is the one to ask for.
