Paramount Ford review
I recently visited Paramount Ford Hyundai to look at a truck and had the pleasure of working with Marcus and his manager. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time. I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service they provide. Marcus and his manager was equally professional and took the time to discuss options and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. It’s refreshing to encounter a sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction over, simply making a sale. While, I didn’t end up buying a truck, I left with a very positive impression of the dealership and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend working with Marcus if you’re in the market for a vehicle

Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). From Ryan Hunter managing the exceptional sales department to Dave Hoffman and his Elite service team, I feel VALUED. Thank you all at Basil Toyota!

2022 Hyundai VENUE review
I have the 2021 Venue Denim which is now called the Limited. I purchased the car mainly because I liked the exterior styling and I wanted something with a little more ground clearance than the Honda Fit that I had before this car. I live in the Northeastern US and we do get some snow. AWD is not available in this car, but the high ground clearance with the "Snow Mode" option makes the car pretty good in snow as long as it's not very deep. The value of the car is extremely good if you compare it to what you get from other car makers. I also like the maneuverability of the car and the ease of parking due to the overall short length.

2022 Hyundai VENUE review
I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Kevin Frazier is awesome! Not only did he find me the exact car I was looking for - down to the special colors - he keep me informed of it’s travels every step of the way. I got notifications from the time it left the ship from Japan and every jump afterwards until it arrived at the dealership. This has to have been the easiest, and even enjoyable, car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Rick McGill Toyota.

I took my Pathfinder in for oil change and tire rotation. Monica, my Service representative, was professional and personable. I waited in the lounge and was on the road again in 30-40 minutes! A smooth routine maintenance appointment . Will return for future maintenance 👍

Schumacher Buick GMC Of North Palm Beach review
Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. I replaced the battery but between Titusville and West Palm my battery voltage gauge started to drop. I stopped into Schumacher Buick GMC to check the battery and charging system to ensure I did not have an electrical issue. The shop had a full day of appointments, but the front staff worked with the shop to squeeze me in. Within an hour Rob, the shop supervisor, troubleshoot my car, ensured me that the electrical system was working properly and got me back on the road. Thanks.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. The ball was in my corner, they made me feel that I was a valuable customer. Thank you Metric Dealership of Raleigh.
