Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
Just bought a 2015 Maserati Ghibli at this dealership and had a great experience. Everybody was very professional and tried to do everything they could to make this deal. The salesman was Diego and he was very nice.

Buying a car is not always the best experience. However Quinn at Rick Case Kia made the experience seamless. Quinn showed us a few cars and we decided on a Kia Sportage.. I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal. I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process
Highly recommended! The sales person was able to hit it off the bat in regards to what I was looking to buy. One of the things that called my attention was that she took the time explained everything the car consisted of in detail. Very smooth purchase, feeling content with my new Fiat.
I I am a repeat customer and recently purchased a new QX 50. The car is incredible and my sales person, Walter, made the experience pleasurable. I have used the same service writer for three years, Tony Gaye and she has the best service writer I have ever had.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

Outstanding staff. This was by far the best one stop shop. We were interested in a Hyundai and Subaru. They lined up the vehicles we were interested in, drove them and made our decision. They put the numbers together that were right on the money and off we went. None of that auto buying drag you through the four hours of stupidity trying to wear you down to buy something your not looking for.
I was unhappy with the dealership from which I bought my car and decided to service it at Coconut Creek Subaru. I was treated very well and my car was serviced and washed in a timely manner.
