After I called, Jason and the mechanic were at my workplace within the hour to check it out. They arranged getting the car back to their place to find a defective oil filter. This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.
