Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. Purchase: October 2018 Working with Scott Sokoloff at Infinity was easy from the first test drive to the final signing of the my 2018 pre-owned certified Infiniti Q50. Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. Previously I had gone to Infiniti of Westwood and I did not feel that my experience there was anywhere close to the service that I received in Nashua. The negotiating and buying process at Albrechtauto Infiniti of Nashua, NH was streamlined and took one week to finalize everything. The negotiating was conducted mainly through email and was completed with my hundred percent satisfaction including high trade-in value of my 2009 Toyota Corolla. When I came back in to the dealership to close the sale, Infiniti staff seamlessly completed the financial portion, final car check. As a MA resident this dealership knew exactly how to acquire a MA title and registration without me putting in extra time and effort. Even after the sale was completed, Scott made sure that I was completely satisfied by checking in weeks later and by immediately answering a couple final questions that I had. Exceptional customer service and great value allows me to give Infiniti of Nashua my highest recommendation and make them my first choice.

My son and I came in to look at a used car on 12/1/2018. After meeting with Suzanne she introduced me to Sean. Sean is a great person to work with and not pushy at all, even took the time to get to know my son and myself. In fact, every person I had contact with was very polite and personable, a trait that is hard to find at car dealerships these days. Every employee did what they could to accommodate my terms and are very reasonable in both my trade and their vehicle. Even though I could not make a deal this evening and had to think about the deal overnight there was no pressure at all and that has earned my Business and respect. I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was looking for a car for a while since I was relying on public transportation and uber to get to work and do errands. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately assisted and everybody was beyond helpful and kind. Carlos, my salesman, was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions and helped me pick the perfect car to fit all of my needs. Jason, the General Manager, and Alex Perez, the Sales Manager, were extremely nice and were able to get me the very best deal that worked within my budget. Barbara in Finance finished it off by getting me approved almost instantly. I picked up my new QX30 the very next day with brand new plates and a new inspection sticker already on it. I am extremely satisfied with the service the team gave me and I???ll be doing all of my future business with them from now on including the service for my new QX30.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
Joe was responsive, took the time to find the vehicle I wanted and handled the small issues the vehicle had. It was a Great experience all arpund
