Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.

It was time for a new car and we thought a Mazda would be a great choice, but were not sure if we wanted the CX-9 or the CX-5. We stopped into Lannan Mazda and met Gary, the super sales person! Wow he is awesome, he has the strongest attention to detail of any car sales person we have ever met. He made sure we talked with him about our needs and how we planned to use the car and then he took over to ensure the car was ready in three days. Then when we picked it up he spent the time showing us all the features and making sure we were comfortable, a 12 speaker Bose radio system, incredible feature! Gary, thank you for being extraordinary and making our car buying experience 10 stars! We would highly recommend Lannan Mazda and in particular Gary for your next car purchase. He is pleasant, funny and just a great guy to work with. Zoom, zoom
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I found this car online and Kendra called me within 15 minutes after my request about availability of this highly sought after car. We texted and all my questions were answered including pricing. I went to see the car later that day and Josh brought the car into the garage bay out of a nasty rain storm so we could look at it. We quickly came to agreement on what I believe is a good price, and Barry went through the financing without trying to push a lot of ???adders??? and we wrapped things up. Great team to work with!
You leave the dealership with an amazing car and no worries. Leigh-Anne is amazing an she always takes care of me when I visit. This is my second time at the dealership after my first car was totaled. She got me into a new lease and even picked the car that I love! also took care of everything for me so I left with no stress or worries especially after the stress of loosing my other car. She is the best! I will always ask for her. Best customer service, gets things done, nice, quick, wants you to leave happy, just overall great person!

Marc Ruiz could not have been more helpful. I will try to work with him on future. The dealerships electronic records system needs work as each time I am there it does not include my current vehicle and doesn???t indicate that I have the 5 year VW Care Plan.
