I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Once, the infotainment rebooted while driving. More concerning, at 1,200 miles, the dashboard, HVAC, and air suspension failed simultaneously—a potentially dangerous situation. Uncertain Factors **Reliability**: Infiniti typically outperforms Nissan, and Japanese production suggests quality. The VR-series engine appears promising, but competitors have documented issues too. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I had an exhausting experience from a Toyota dealer in Weston, with a bunch of extra xx charges and fees. Marianela was able to give me a better deal with my current situation. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

After contacting numerous dealerships we decided to go with Toyota of Deerfield. Because of our investment I did a lot of research so I would get the best deal with our limited budget and my wife and I did. We leased a new Toyota Corolla for 3 years, and to say that Andres and Diego were patient is an understatement. I must have asked 100 questions and we didn't leave until 45 minutes past closing(maybe when we come back they will run from us). They were understanding and knowing I came with information and answers they were honest and negotiated in good faith. I would not hesitate to recommend them to future customers. Hopefully when we need service, my feelings will be the same! My suggestion to people is because it's your hard earned money do your research so you will be better prepared to make a good deal, regardless of where you go. You don't want someone like the Honda manager telling you that the Honda dealership in another area said they could do better was just to get you in(badmouthing). Didn't happen here with these 2 professionals!

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
