The Way Car Buying Should Be.

Sometimes things in life shift your priorities and you need to make adjustments. My wife and I had a 2015 Chevy Silverado we purchased to tow the toys around our lake house. We are no longer planning on keeping the lake house and with that we will no longer have a need for such a large vehicle. Over dinner my wife and I decided we should look into purchasing a more practical vehicle for our current and future family needs. We browsed the internet seeking what car will give us the best bang for our buck. On Sat February 24, 2018 my wife and I set out on our way to find our next vehicle. Our first stop was CarMax to have the truck appraised, and then we walked into Infiniti of Naperville. We were not looking forward to another car buying experience. The receptionist greeted us cordially, and paged for an available sales associate. We were introduced to Adam Murczek, where he ever so politely introduced himself to my wife first then to me. Thank you for being a gentleman to my wife. From that moment our experience changed.... We told Adam we wanted a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Infiniti QX60. He asked us what we knew about the vehicle and I said "nothing", at that moment his face lite up. You knew he was passionate about what he did, and that certainly showed through the amount of knowledge that he provided on the vehicle both in the showroom and on our test drive. After our test drive, we went back to discuss numbers and have our truck appraised by Infiniti. We had questions regarding leasing a Qx60 vs buying. We were introduced to the used car manager Jim Kalcic, who explained why we should lease or buy a vehicle. My wife and I crunched the numbers to see what would make sense, and Jim waited patiently to make sure if we had any questions they answered and to make sure our decision was the right one for us, and not what made the dealer the most money. We decided to proceed with the purchase of the 2017 QX60. Adam was very straight forward and honest with us, as he said I have a little wiggle room I do not have $5,000 to knock off of the vehicle. We met at a price that both parties agreed on. Of note, they beat CarMax???s appraisal on our truck. The experience did not stop there. After signing some documents we went to the finance office where we were assisted by Sean Pelkey. Super easy and seamless process, on a docupad. Sean did not pressure us with any of your ???typical??? finance products, but instead he showed us why we might find value in some of the products. Thank You Sean we shared some good laughs too. I would like to thank all of you gentleman who helped and assisted us in this car buying experience. Lastly, Adam you stand out of the crowd of your ???typical car salesman.??? You are genuine and truly have a passion for what you do every day. I have once been on your side of the desk and it can get frustrating, outside of the longer hours that are put into your job while being away from your family. Your character and dedication to your job and clients most importantly, is one to be recognized not only in a review but by upper management/ownership of Infiniti of Naperville.
